Bursting the fun bubble here but Shuckle is only 2 feet tall with the shell, probably 4 feet tall in the image. Arceus is literally ten feet tall and could punt kick the shuckle. Not to mention that arceus is basically god, he would snap shuckle out of existance if shcuckle were to do something wrong.
