You can find a new merchant in Mondstadt Castle.

There are 7 slime face looking boxes and each box contains different rewards.

If all you’re looking for is to know about the resin problem, nothing has been changed about the resin regeneration rate but they increased the cap from 120 to 160, bummer 😔
