Need help building a team

I have a bunch of leveled up characters and I have no idea what team to build. Can anyone give me some advice?

    Really I use noelle as my tank and healing

    I use her for the sheild. It makes my Klee uninturrupttable while dealing out fat damage. Paired with an Oz cast she's able to cause overload with every bomb toss. Noelle was my savior when it came to splitting teams in Spiral Abyss Barbara could only be on one team. Since I've gotten her up she's been part of my team.
