    Kussandra will be helpful for your front it's because you needed 4 star recruitment ove you can't win 3star if you only have 3star recruit then you upgraded it into 4star still not helpful for.

    Well for me I did upgrade an 3star ove into 4 ove but still not helpful because of the defense, and health are lower than 4star recruit ove

    so I prefer kussandra anytime or any 4star OVE

    I think Felicity's upgrade into 4star might not be helpful for your story also on hard mission you can't get 3star mission if you don't have 4star OVE recruitment or 5star OVE's
