Hey everyone is this a hacker or is it normal?

First place... with a low BP than the rest of the participants... I could be wrong but I really want your opinion if its normal or did this player hack... would like to know what's your opinion about it if you don't mind everyone.

I think this a Normal Player... Because my own can reach BP at Lv. 18...

Maybe he's increasing OVE affinities pretty high plus Equip [SR] with an average of Lv. 15... like me...
