How to get more fodder to promote 4*

So, I just realized how properly manage 2* and 3* for the use of our main team. Basically, it's way more efficient if you level them up to the cap, then fuse them to our higher stars character, rather than use more of the same stars.   ie : Fusing 2 3* = 1 4* Promote 3* to 4* = 4 3* to get 1 4*   plus you can get 4* SSR char when you fusing 3* so it's way more efficient. If you low on gold, farm hard mode. Good luck.
