[Boss Raid] Description
Boss Raid is the content that Global Users cooperate together to defeat Raid Boss To claim the reward.
Boss Raid opens every Friday, Saturday and Sunday 05:00(KST), Max 20 O.V.Es can participate in Boss Raid (Open for total 3 days)
※ But the same O.V.E can attend only once a day. (Ex. If there are 4 ‘Lily’ and 1 Lily attends Boss Raid already. other 3 ‘Lily’ cannot join on the same day)
Once the battle begins, you should battle against the Prototype of the Giant Boss [Argos]. Damages to Prototype will be accumulated to claim Ranking Reward and Accumulated Damage Reward later.
■ Ranking Reward
- After finishing Boss Raid, you can claim the reward at [Battle] > [Ranking Reward] Button until the next Boss Raid starts.
■ Accumulated Damage Reward
- If you click [Reward Information] Button in Boss Raid, you can claim the reward during the current Boss Raid. So the reward will be available only during the season and the reward will disappear after the Boss Raid closes.
If you win the battle against the Prototype Boss, you can give damages to [Argos]. All damages you give will be counted and you can claim [Defeat Reward] after you defeat the boss.
The items you claim from Ranking Reward, Accumulated Reward, and Defeat Reward will be used to craft 'Exclusive Equipment' in Equipment Craft Shop.
Also, you can keep playing battle against Prototype even after you defeat Argos during the Boss Raid Season. All damages given to Prototype will be accumulated steadily.
※ After you win the battle, you can play battle again against the next Prototype for remaining battle time.
You can practice the battle in [Training] by trying various teams before you fight against Argos as the real battle. But any damages will not be accumulated in [Training].
Any O.V.Es attending the real Boss Raid battle cannot join [Training]. But if all 20 Oves complete to attend the real battles. They can attend the training.

GODDESS KISS : O.V.E Contents reset at "5AM(05:00, KST)".
However, please note some contents reset at the different time like the below.

At [Ancient Units], you should defeat units going on rampage from the war era.
If you win, you can get series of Equipment at each unit.
Collect all Element Equipement as each element unit has different effects!
Equipment Drop Rate increases if you defeat more difficult units.

I lost Guest Account
If you use Guest Account, your game data will be saved in your device unlike Linked Account to Facebook, Game Center or Google.
Therefore, your all game data will be deleted or it cannot be recovered
if you delete GODDESS KISS : O.V.E Game App, clear Cache, reset a device or change devices.
But if the Guest Account's game information is available, please kindly send the information like the below to Customer Service.

[Assign Team] Description
[Assign Team] is available at each Content Warm-Up Screen or Battle>Assign Team.
Please consider various factors below to assign teams.
■ Element Type
All characters have one of elements among Fire, Water, Wind, Dark, and Light.
Ove can give 1.5 damage to the enemy if she has the advantageous element. Otherwise, she can give only 0.5 damage at disadvantageous element.
Limited to Light and Dark, same element oves can give 1.5 damages each other at the battles.
■ Position(Type)
All characters are classified of their own Position(Type),
and they fight at the settled position in all battle contents.
- Front：They stand against enemies's attack at the front.
- Middle：They both attack and defend at the balanced position.
- Back：They support their team from the back.
※ You check the Ove's Position type on the upper-right character thumbnail.
■ Auto Assign
'Auto Assign'is available at all battle contents.
Use Auto Assignment Function if you don't want to assign all characters individually.
There is Auto Assignment Rule.
- Don't consider each character's star element.
- Place 1 character whose defense power is highest.
- Place 1 character whose attack power or special attack and defense power is the highest.
- Place 3 characters whose attach power or special attack power is the highest.
※ If characters have same power, place the characters according to battle power and level.
※ [Assign Team] is available at each Content Warm-Up Screen or [Battle>Assign Team] Menu.
You can preset the tam at [Battle>Assign Team] Menu to use in various battles.

I cannot update the game
If your mobile network(LTE, Wi-Fi) is unstable or your device does not have enough free memory space, you cannot proceed Update properly.

When Spend [Turtle Bun] and [Challenge Ticket]?
[turtle Bun] is used to clear Stages.
Turtle Buns are not used when you withdraw or lose. So you can try again many times.
[Challenge Ticket] is used only at PVP Arena such as New Star Battle or All Star Battle.
Even if the game closes due to network disconnection during the battle, the result comes who wins and loses.

■ Abilities
You can check the maximum level, skills, Boost level of the Ove.

■ Guidebook Mission

Each Ove has their own special relationship.

You can battle and compete other players at All Star Battle(PvP).
Higher Ranker can claim more rewards.
All Oves can attend All Star Battle(PvP) regardless of Oves' original ratings★.

Challenge Ticket (All Star) is required to attend All Star Battle(PvP).
You can buy Challenge Ticket (All Star) at [ + ] Button on the upper screen.
You should all the enemies within 3 minutes right after the Arena begins.
If both fail to kill all Oves, the player whose HP and remaining Oves are more will win.
Assessment proceeds at the first battles(to 5 times) every season and the result affects the Ranking Score.

■ Period
Each Season duration is 4 weeks and its reward is sent after the season close.
Also, Weekly Rewards are sent after counting Ranking Score on every Saturday 4-5 AM Morning.

At [Shop] Menu, you can purchase and exchange various items.

You can purchase Diamond and Package Products.

You can buy or change various items with coins(currency) earned from each content.
※ In Trophy Shop, you can change 'Certificate' available at All Star Battle.

You can make Element Boxes.
You can obtain materials required to make Equipment Boxes through 'Ancient Units' Contents.

Special Shop will be available only during the certain time after you open it.

- Daily：You can claim the reward after completing daily missions.
- Weekly：You can claim the reward after completing weekly missions.
- Achievements：You can claim the reward after completing the missions on the list.. (※ Achievement Mission does not have any due dates)
ALso, you can spend Diamonds reseting both Daliy and Weekly Missions only 1 time. Once you reset the mission, you can do the same missions and claim the rewards again.
※ Daily Misson resets every 5AM Morning, and Weekly Mission resets every Monday 5AM Morning. (05:00 KST)
※ You cannot reset Package Rewards(ex. Subscription) and Access Missons.

I want to check Purchase History.
Purchase History is available at [Settings > Account > Confirm Purchase].
But you can check product purchased only within late 15 days.
If you want to confirm detail information about your purchase, you can check it at Store where you used for purchase.
Please kindly follow the below steps to check the purchase in Store.
[Google Play Store]
1) Login Google Account at Google Pay.
2) Click [Activity] at the basic menu on the Upper Screen.
3) Touch the product on the purchase list to check the receipt.
[App Store]
1) Move to in-device [Settings > Apple ID > iTunes & App Store].
2) Tap [Apple ID > 'View Apple ID']. (※ Login Apple ID notification could appear.)
3) Screw the screen to touch 'Purchase History'.
4) You can check Order Code, Purchase Date, Product Name, Price and others.
I cannot get any items after purchase.
If you buy the product normally, the product should be sent directly after the purchase.
But if you close your network(Wi-Fi, LTE) or the game, or just go background during the purchase process,
delay can occur due to Purchase Information Issue.
If you do not get the product after purchase, please close the game complete.
Then enter the game again to claim the product at the game lobby.
If you cannot claim the product despite the process, please send your inquiry with detail information to Settings>Miscellaneous>Customer Service.
※ Please attach Order Number(Receipt Number) when you send your purchase inquiry.
[Adeventure] Description
You can proceed main story and approach the main subject on [Adventure] Contents.
It consists of Battle Stage and Story Stage. Story Stage has special illastration to make story dramatically special.
■ Difficulty
There are 2 kinds of Difficulty such as 'Normal' and 'Hard'.
'Hard Stage' will be available after you clear all 'Normal Stages' at the area completely.
■ Story Stage
Although you skip the story stage by yourself, you ca get its clear reward.
Also, if you want to read the main story again, click [Lobby＞Scenario].
■ Stage Clear Reward and World Clear Reward(Chapter)
If you collect all Clear Star Points at Normal Stage, you can claim the certain amount of Diamonds.
There are 3 kinds of rewards: ★5 Stars /★ 10 Stars /★15 Stars. You can claim the reward after you achieve the Clear Star Points and click Diamond icon on the lower-right screen.
Also, if you collect all ★ at Normal World Stage, you can claim items such as Recruit Ticket and Golds once a day.
Reward will available at Item icon below each Area icon on World Map.

[Room] Description
At [Room] Menu, you can place your own oves and furtniture to customize the Room
■ Room Floor
The 1st floor is available at first when you open [Room] and you can open the 2nd and 3rd floors after clearing certain stages.
But you can also open the floors earlier before clearing stages with Diamonds.
■ Furniture
You can purchase Furniture at [Menu > Furniture Shop] on the lower-right Room Screen.
You need [Room Coin] to buy furniture and you can ontain Room Coins at 'Adventure'.
※ Furniture is also avilable at the certain content reward in addtion to Furniture Shop.
※ You can check and place your own Furniture at [Menu＞Edit>Storage].
■ Place Oves and Snack
You can place your own oves in Room by clicking [Meni > Place Oves] Menu.
You can put 5 oves at each floor. If you give snacks to the oves, the Ove EXP and Affinity will increase regularly.
You can click [ + ] button next to Snack icon on the lower-left Room Screen to excahnge 'Snack Ticket' into 'Snack'.
Furniture's Growth and Charm influences Oves' Afinity and EXP.
Place good furniture to grow oves efficiently. :)
※ Same furniture will be counted as 1 regardless of its amount in your possession. So you cannot get its Growth and Charm repeatedlty.
■ Visit Friend's Room
You can visit other user(Captain)'s room at [Menu＞List].
You can visit their room and communicate at [Greet] and set [Add to Favorites].

[Attendance Check] Description
At [Attendance Check] Menu, you can check daily attendance rewards.
If you get all the daily attendance rewards without any miss, you can increase the ove's affinity(Attendance Partner) at lobby.
※ If you fail to claim the rewards as your inventory is already full, you can make enough space and then touch [Attendance Check] Menu for the reward.
※ You can change the ove(Attendace Partner) at Lobby Settings.

[Bag] Description
At [Bag] Menu. you can check your own Equipment or Items and use Upgrade, Refine, Equip, and Dismantle Equipment Function.
■ Upgrade, Refine, Manage, and Dismantle Equipment
- Upgrade：Spend same equipment increasing Equipment EXP and Level Up
- Refine：Change Equipment Effect
- Equip：Uneuip Character Unit
- Dismantle：Dismantle Equipment to get [Refining Stone] and [Locking Cube]
※ You can refine only the equipment to have Extra Effects.
※ [Refining Stone] is required to refine and you can stick a certain special effect with [Locking Cube] if the equipment has several effects.
■ Item Usage and Purchase
You can use or sell your own items. (You cannot sell certain items)
You can earn Golds after selling items but you cannot buy the same items you sell before.
