-Fleet Dominance-
Increases extra Leadership to the Admiral per level.
-Plasma Storm-
The Flagship will perform 4 extra attacks, dealing extra damage than the previous attack.
-Plasma Effect-
Releases Plasma Storm when other ally Flagships trigger a Flagship skill, effective at every 10 round.
-Plasma Control-
Increases the damage of Plasma Storm by 15%, Plasma Effect will target the enemy ship with the lowest HP and reduces Plasma Effect cooldown by 5 round.

An Announcement for Battle Mechanics Adjustments
Dear Commanders,
In order to optimize your experience during in-game battles, after the Nov. 22 maintenance we have adjusted the target mechanism during battles:
- Each fleet in a battle will select one of the enemy fleets as its target.
- The amount enemy fleets attacking the fleets of the same camp will be balanced as best as possible, this will be determined by the ratio between the fleets from the allied camp and the enemy camp. (For example, if the allied camp has 10 fleets while the enemy camp has 15 fleets, in this battlefield, 5 random fleets of the allied camp will each receive the attack from 2 fleets of the enemy camp, while the other 5 random fleets of the allied camp will each receive the attack from 1 fleet of the enemy camp).
- After each round, should the participant fleets change on the battlefield, each fleet will select its target once again in the next round.

Here are a few points to help you understand the new Galaxy War better.
Have a good read!
1. Energy Crystals
Participate in the Deep Space Tournament to get tons of GEC and Energy Crystals
You can have up to 4000 Energy Crystals and can use it during Galaxy War
2. Donation
You can donate in Alliance HQ or Outposts to build and level up the Alliance Defense Amplifiers, and get GEC at the same time;
You can donate with or without an Alliance, and can donate to any Alliance you see fit. But it's better to donate to the Alliance HQ with Ember's building permission;
The max level of a Defense Amplifier is 3. You can build up to 4 Alliance HQs and 3 Outposts.
3. Ember
Before Galaxy War, the top three Alliances with the most Alliance HQs on the server Ranking list will have access to building the "Ember"
The Alliance with access to building the "Ember" needs to have 4 Defense Amplifiers before "Ember" can be built;
Donate Energy Crystals to the 4 Defense Amplifiers can improve the rank and level of "Ember".
4. The lowest level of the 4 Defense Amplifiers will determine the Rank of Ember
The Amount of Energy Crystals required for Defense Amplifiers:
Lv.1: 8000
Lv.2: 16000
Lv.3: 40000
Optimized display of Stealth Pirate Power
In this non-stop maintenance, we have optimized the power display of stealth pirates, so that players can more easily estimate the power required to attack based on the pirate power. The actual combat experience of the hidden pirates of each level has not changed from before.

An Explanation on Ranking Rewards in Certain Servers
The ranking rewards in certain servers have been displayed incorrectly. The actual ranking rewards will be the same as the rewards in previous Void Ranking. The rewards in Standard Servers will be Holofunctions of Royal Oak/Raynor and Blueprint Algorithm II. The rewards in Elite Servers will be Holofunctions of Constantine/Constitution and Blueprint Algorithm III. For actual rewards, please refer to the ones in your inventory.
