Accidental purchase of equipment boxes

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, yesterday during the auto fight I had my cell phone in my pocket. When I took it out I had accidentally touched it and bought 100 (max) equipment boxes in the shop for 1,200 crystals. What a bummer! I didn't open any of the boxes. Can you please refund me the crystals and take my boxes? I wrote a Ticket within the game but dont became a help or answer. Many Thanks Asusbil
