PHOENIX SKILL BUG?!

I hatched a legendary Phoenix from legendary egg. When I saw the second skill it has 0.00% on physical attack. I thought it's a default so I trained the skill but it didn't change. Is this a bug @Studio LB?!

    Thanks for reporting and sorry for the confusion.
    This issue is just tooltip link error.(Localization error)
    (If you change in other language, can be checked normally)

    Tooltip will be fixed in hotfix or next update.
