Someone attacked me, lost, promoted me to master for the first time... but I get no rank up reward?

please increase the evolution rate for pets. everyone in this game will appreciate it. it is too hard to evolve any pet to legend right now. I have tried about 7-8 times on a blasita with Evo rate about 10 percent but have failed.

Hi, can i make a small suggestion to have a winrate counter when doing auto battle for challenges or forbidden area?
often times we are unable to know if we are able to clear the dungeon with a 100% clear rate because we will be doing it on auto mode
making it more difficult to make a guide for newcomer or even make a good team for every dungeon
 
what i would suggest is just after we press stop auto battle, a simple "how many run is done during this period" and how many win/lost for the battles done
 
this would greatly help the players in crafting teams and understanding the pros and cons to the teams crafted

Problem regarding Achievements

I have completed both chapter 2 and 3s last quests but they aren't shown completed in my achieve tab. I have proof for sermang's lvl 40 but not for it's evolution or ofwing tiger's. I would really appreciate some help and cooperation with this. It has been like this since the demon update patch... it was 1.5 I think

A suggestion.
We should have 1 of the "Daily Missions" require players to fight at least once at the Arena to remind players that the arena is there and see the benefits of it. Seems like so many players play the game but don't fight at the arena.

when I done abyss floor 35, the screen stuck. I had to quit the fight, then the boss is gone and I didnt receive reward.

Suggestion - Leader Skill

perhaps we could have something like leader skill passive where we choose 1 pet to be the leader and it may have a buff for the team?
something simple like 18% accuracy or 32% physical atk
or you could do something complex like increase atk spd for wind pet or increase dot damage for fire pet
 
I think it would be a interesting changes and allow for more variation of pet team comp

can i ask whats the droprate of light token? i have been farming at forbidden area 3-9-2 for more than 1 week and hasnt receive a single drop of light token? is my account cursed or is it that difficult of a drop?

FEEDBACK - Need more useful legendary pet

With the new daily dungeon added, we need more useful legendary pet to form more different kinds of team especially with capturable pets
so many teams are formed with only hatch legendary pets and to be honest it will be a problem when the game goes longer
the game is only going to get more and more p2w and I really hope it doesnt get to that point when the game already have a super low player base due to the game needs a ton of time played every day

After clicking "Reward", game says I need to find rewards from inbox. But there is nothing in my inbox. I was in top 20 in the Water Ruin.

Arena reset issue(Aug 3)

We apologized for the confusion caused by the issue related to the arena.
During this weekly reset, all tier rank changes and LP changes were handled normally.
But, EP for some users have not been properly reset.
 
1. EP Semi reset error
- Cause: The combat result was not completed before 24:00 a.m., the end of the week, and the combat results after the reset were affected by the before reset of EP.
There was an issue where the EP (ELO point) in processing was maintained.
 
- This problem occurred during the settlement time due to the 24-hour playable arena system without maintenance time.
 
- The issue is currently being fixed by hotfix.
 
2. Handling EP Increase
- EP is not a fixed commodity, but an ELO point, which is a matching level that varies depending on the outcome of the user's battle.
- As a result, EP of the few users, which have been preserved as a variable and volatile resource and relative concept, have already been largely distributed to other player since midnight.
 
- In some cases, promote reward may have been obtained by starting with a high EP and reaching a high level of one tier for a short period of time, but promote reward, not a daily/weekly reward, is limited once per season given to everyone, and it has been determined that there is no additional benefit and will not be reclamation.
 
- We decided that to be more reasonable than roll-back, inconvenience of adjusting the numbers (LP, EP) of all users who battle against the users.
 
- Overall composition shows a slight increase in overall EP in the arena that have been redistributed to battle several users who have preserved EP.
 
- Due to the structure of arena, Master tier is an absolute evaluation section, not a relative evaluation, so fortunately there are no users affected.
- There is a lot of time left until the weekly deadline to determine the owner of the Grandmaster, and it is unlikely to affect the natural re-deployment of EP.
 
3. Compensation
- Due to EP system, repeated combat results, most preservation EP have already been exhausted and have returned to their tier and ranking in proportion to their combat power.

I give up

First I like to congratulate you guys for making such an interesting game. This game have promise, It's like a diamond in the rough. I have fun while I played. But it simply too frustating.
 
For about 5 days I played, 3 days is plagued with network error and on those 3 days, once i kicked out I only managed to login after several hours. Now, all the text in the apps turn black. ALL TEXT, including chat and even the copyright text in the bottom of the title. I have tried deleting cache and reinstalling, the problem remain. The fun, while it's good, simple not worth the effort.
 
Perhaps I will try to install the game again one day. But for now, I give up.
 
The game itself is quite interesting. I love how each creature have different stat, this is unlike the "easy" step taken by most collection game in android, where every creature of the same species have the same stat. This make the quest to get The Best Stat Creature is real. I suggest a ranking system for each species, that every player can see, so he know how rare or how good his pet is.
 
The tutorial need more flesh, it's too barebone as it is.
 
The network need more stability, I understand it cost money to rent good server, but player base is one of the most important thing in multiplayer game. If the server only capable of handling small number of player, it is a problem.
 
Dismantling pet, Evolving Pet and Swap Skill Pet should be accessible more easily. It is annoying wanting to evolve pet, then having to check whether it got good skill to swap before evolving, and returning to evolve page, only to realize that you need to dismantle pet so you don't have to use crystal, and of course if it failed, you have to leave the evolve building to dismantle more. I wish the pet page have buttons where we can do all those three, without needing to leave and enter buildings.

why am i getting lesser EP from hitting Master with a ton of lp more then me
then me hitting diamond who is lower ranking then me?
am i not supposed to be hitting people stronger then me? or i should just continue to keep hitting diamond player when im in master rank?
