Accidental purchase of equipment boxes

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

yesterday during the auto fight I had my cell phone in my pocket. When I took it out I had accidentally touched it and bought 100 (max) equipment boxes in the shop for 1,200 crystals. What a bummer!
I didn't open any of the boxes. Can you please refund me the crystals and take my boxes?
I wrote a Ticket within the game but dont became a help or answer.

Hi, everyone. I have just started to play this game, and I would like to learn more about how it is played. I have listed some questions that I think are important for new players like me to know. I believe that the answers to these questions would help us a lot in playing the game. Some of these questions are things that I think were not covered in the tutorial (If I did not miss them), and some are for tips on playing the game better.

Tip for administrators

You should rethink these updates that you do, you add new pets, fix some mistakes, but you are forgetting the game itself. After a few updates the game has gotten heavier and has closed quite frequently. I don't know the other players but it is starting to discourage me. This game held me for a long time but this way it’s getting impossible, it’s these little things that make players give up, so advice from a very active player, fix it

Please consider adding Ginseng drop info for 4-4 hard loot table. It would have been helpful to also put in patch notes. We've had to discover this after a week through event losing out on farming time for this resource. Any compensation or at least loot table update would be appreciated. Thanks!

No Arena Promotional Reward

So I recently reached silver 2 and silver 1 today but I didn't receive any promotional rewards from the game. My highest was silver 3 before so I was expecting to receive rewards after passing sliver 3 but there was none.

Last main quest bug

I finished the last quest by capturing the griffin in 6-9 hard. When I tried to submit the quest I received an 'error 1001' popup. I restarted the game. When I logged in again I saw that I received the legendary egg, but I didn't get any gems and now the quest is gone. My main quests are empty. Can someone help me with this please?

Hi, can i make a small suggestion to have a winrate counter when doing auto battle for challenges or forbidden area?
often times we are unable to know if we are able to clear the dungeon with a 100% clear rate because we will be doing it on auto mode
making it more difficult to make a guide for newcomer or even make a good team for every dungeon
 
what i would suggest is just after we press stop auto battle, a simple "how many run is done during this period" and how many win/lost for the battles done
 
this would greatly help the players in crafting teams and understanding the pros and cons to the teams crafted

Considering how expensive it is to change abilities at the heroic and legendary level,
It would be very good if a skill could be rehearsed, for example renting for 20 minutes at 100,000 single-use gold per week. Thing that if it is appropriate, it is bought, since I changed some and they have not served as a source of damage as expected.
 
Another option is to create a training ground where be test:
-the best equipment (free change),
-setup skills
-team composition

Quest bug?

I evolved my sermang (the fox with red mane) into soho today. I have two of them now and the game didn't register it for the evolution quest (making starter deck-magical). My in game name is LadyTina lv43. Can you pls check this and mark my fox-evolution quests as achieved so my evolving and reincarnation resources aren't wasted?
