hi i want to report a problem on ios devices, when you are capturing pets, if your internet goes down, you are no longer able to enter the game, the application closes on its own.

Hi I just created my name and gender, but when I was capturing my first pets my internet went down, I can' t log into my account
Stun is not working
My anubis knight's stun is not working, monsters looks like stunned but it keeps attacking

In the new achevements there r alot of achievements that i and alot of other veteran players have already completed, so do us a favour and dont force us to do it again.
My shadow vargr isnt criting 100% even tho it shoud
it gets 53% crit from passive 47% from stats and 16% from guild totaling in at 116 crit but yet im still seeing white numbers even tho hes not debuffed

New bug
I found a new bug that we sometimes cannot repeat the forbidden and challenge. It stopped working and stiffed there when we had defeated the boss
Accidental purchase of equipment boxes
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
yesterday during the auto fight I had my cell phone in my pocket. When I took it out I had accidentally touched it and bought 100 (max) equipment boxes in the shop for 1,200 crystals. What a bummer!
I didn't open any of the boxes. Can you please refund me the crystals and take my boxes?
I wrote a Ticket within the game but dont became a help or answer.

No Arena Promotional Reward
So I recently reached silver 2 and silver 1 today but I didn't receive any promotional rewards from the game. My highest was silver 3 before so I was expecting to receive rewards after passing sliver 3 but there was none.

Hi, I noticed that there is shining waterdrop in guild store but no golden waterdrop. There is also nowhere to farm golden waterdrops, which are necessary to evolve the new pets. Is this intentional?

Quest bug?
I evolved my sermang (the fox with red mane) into soho today. I have two of them now and the game didn't register it for the evolution quest (making starter deck-magical). My in game name is LadyTina lv43. Can you pls check this and mark my fox-evolution quests as achieved so my evolving and reincarnation resources aren't wasted?

Someone attacked me, lost, promoted me to master for the first time... but I get no rank up reward?

Not receive abyss floor 35 reward
when I done abyss floor 35, the screen stuck. I had to quit the fight, then the boss is gone and I didnt receive reward.

First I like to congratulate you guys for making such an interesting game. This game have promise, It's like a diamond in the rough. I have fun while I played. But it simply too frustating.
For about 5 days I played, 3 days is plagued with network error and on those 3 days, once i kicked out I only managed to login after several hours. Now, all the text in the apps turn black. ALL TEXT, including chat and even the copyright text in the bottom of the title. I have tried deleting cache and reinstalling, the problem remain. The fun, while it's good, simple not worth the effort.
Perhaps I will try to install the game again one day. But for now, I give up.
The game itself is quite interesting. I love how each creature have different stat, this is unlike the "easy" step taken by most collection game in android, where every creature of the same species have the same stat. This make the quest to get The Best Stat Creature is real. I suggest a ranking system for each species, that every player can see, so he know how rare or how good his pet is.
The tutorial need more flesh, it's too barebone as it is.
The network need more stability, I understand it cost money to rent good server, but player base is one of the most important thing in multiplayer game. If the server only capable of handling small number of player, it is a problem.
Dismantling pet, Evolving Pet and Swap Skill Pet should be accessible more easily. It is annoying wanting to evolve pet, then having to check whether it got good skill to swap before evolving, and returning to evolve page, only to realize that you need to dismantle pet so you don't have to use crystal, and of course if it failed, you have to leave the evolve building to dismantle more. I wish the pet page have buttons where we can do all those three, without needing to leave and enter buildings.

Display of skill information being wrong and the bad thing

This is the active skill of Arin and Ephir.
Look them, both skills have the same power and single target skill.
So when you morphing Arin to Ephir. You will be choose one. And I chose Wind Chains. At that time, I thought that the skill after morphing would probably be more useful. Of course I planned it, if I chose wrong, I could just swap the skill back (use 150 skill core)

So the problem here is:
+ 1st Problem: skill translation errors:
Paralyzing Wind is AOE SKILL. It was a large area buff removal skill, not a single skill like information.
+ 2nd Problem: Ephir does not have any swap skills!
My plan was completely shattered.

I was thinking of morphing one more Ephir. But it is too time consuming, morphing scroll was only sold once a month. And the rate of evol Arin is based on luck, there are people who evol up to 4 times and get not Arin.
I couldn't go to some floors in the labyrinth because I didn't have this skill to clear enemy buffs. Even a few Forbidden area need it.
I asked 3 friends, including one who had a case like me.

Because the problem is due to the display of skill information being wrong. The last thing I hope is that GM should give Paralyzing Wind back to swap skills. This is best because the only way to get Ephir is morphing from Arin. Why Ephir can't learn skill form Arin's after that?

Currently we are unable to see our current Skill Attack Speed anywhere in the entire game, it is an invisible number, we equip for it but we can't see how much we have.
Can we please have it added to the "Detailed Stats" screen? :)

Feral Stealth is bugged. The skill bug is that it increased the crit rate every turn. Please look into it and hope that the fix will be included in the next update.

End of Battle Bug
Its frustrating after end of the battle and no reward screen that pops-up. Its ok if it is only an explore, but what was sad, it happened to me on labyrinth twice already. I cleared 25_2 and a lower level stage, killed the boss, cleared the boss, yet no reward pops-up, the screen stuck, no other way but to exit. What is sad is when you exit, the boss is no longer there.. Hope you can fix this..

Pet space is so small! We want to "Catch them all!"! There is a + sign there indicating we can increase pet inventory space but it doesn't work, please fix it :)
