Problems with my heroes

Hi, for some reason, i am loosing fights that I shouldnt. I played after the maintenance and I was able to win repeat stages in the adventure, now i cant even pass the first waves. I havent change anything inmy configuration, i dont know whats happening.

Nightmare Scallion Head is broken

He can out heal me, at level 56, with all SS characters and an awakened Lime, indefinitely on the 7-1 nightmare level. I am on level 8-3 in the normal game

Over 1 Million damage done to Scallion Head 7-2 nightmare , and he would regen back to full health until he killed me. I have beaten this a dozen times. this seemed really buggy

chocobibi and bamboman

in arena chocobibi is able to multicast ultimate skill and bamboman will often not activate special regardless of autoplay or manual cast.
I can only show proof of bamboo as chocobibi only happens in defense

Invincible Chat

We know that we can exchange messages via a guild chat system, but in my case I do can type but I can't see what I type on my keypad/keyboard. It shows nothing but if I pressed send/enter, words that I typed before will be sent. Is it just me or you guys also experience the same?

bug in story mode

Hello,
I think I have a bug in story mode. Since yesterday when I finish a level in story mode nothing happens after the victory screen with the 4 little jumping chars. I can't do anything, I can't quit the level and I don't get any reward from the stage...

Games crash always since yesterday

Hey there. I dont know why, but the game always crash since yesterday. I didnt install any new apps on my phone. I reinstalled the game twice but it didnt change anything. The game crash always when i click on a pub (for a chest), oftenly at the end of the pub. The game also crash after doing some stuff (like 2-3 lvls of dragons trial, a couple of mats dungeon, etc). The logs seems to talk about memory (i send logs report after crash, bit dont know who receives it).

The game was running smoothly before (i play since the release). It bugged sometimes, but it was totally playable. Now its not, since i cant get rewards from pub, and i lose a bunch of attempt in everything to do (lose mats dungeon because of crash, cant do dragons trial anymore, etc). I cant do 2 raid attempts in a row as it crash in the second one (i need to restart the apps before).

My phone is Motorola Moto Z2 Play. I tried to put the game on SD card memory instead of the phone memory (it was a bit better, but not as it was before). I tried others settings ingame (i was at 30fps, i tried at 45, desactive BGM and othr stuff, etc). I also try to use 4G connection instead of my wifi, but no improvement.
Can someone help me?

Cannot access the game

After the new update I cannot get into the game. Everytime it gets onto the loading screen it shows this:
Searching it up, something came up saying it may have had something to do with jailbreak. A year and a half ago I got a friend to jailbreak my phone but after it ran out of battery and I switched it on it disappeared. Did this do something and 'taint' my phone? Please help me - I don't wanna lose my account, I finally got my first awakening and I'm in a good guild :(

2 A/A+ Hire tickets disappear in crash

So I just beat floor 40 of the sky tower and I was about to open my hire tickets when the game crashed. When I came back the hire tickets were gone and I didn't have any new heroes or soulstones. I don't know if there's a way to fix this or get the tickets back but while I was typing this the game crashed again and I had to retype everything. Maybe it's my phone or WiFi or something but I would like some kind of solution or compensation if possible.

P.S this is the 3rd time I had to type this because every time I try to upload a picture as proof it crashes and deletes the post

Today, after I updated, I destroyed more than 100 times in chapter 8 adventure and did not get rank VI items. I think that is unfair. I want to correct errors and compensate for the items.

Grade A warning not working on normal recruit

I pulled Secretary Kim from normal pull and accidentally pressed normal recruit without hiring her
I didn't see the normal warning when you're about to give up an A or higher rank so I just lost her

Item Set Bug

I was wondering if there was a bug regarding item sets because I just got the destiny set 3 for 15.0 ATK/s but I don't see it translated onto the stats. So I was wondering if the stats are actually being applied. Thank you.

Sora increased rate event

I'm playing from NA and the game is great but I have to complain about the event where if you do premium pulls when the Sora banner is a available at the pub. It has just passed and I believe the times the banner was up were Sunday 03/08/20 12.00 - 03/09/20 12.00. The 12.00 is the time the event was schedule for and the other number is the date with month/day/year. Time is the server time not my timezone.

I believe the event was only available for a few hours towards the end. I was checking all day and was reading the comments for the event. A lot of people were noticing and voicing out their concerns because the banner did not appear at the pub. I was also having the same experience because I did not see the banner all day. I checked constantly. It was finally up sometime around 10.00 which is the server time. This means that it was only up for 2 hours.

Heriarch and Dripsoups increased drop rate events had their banners up the whole day. The banner for Sora was only up for a few hours.

Can we please get another increased Sora chance event because this one was too short? I believe if you look through the comments for this event you will see that a lot of people experienced what I experienced.

The crashing is getting worse

I can't even do anything anymore. It crashes if I just leave the game open now. The game worked perfectly a little over a week ago.

I seem to have issues with the guild chat, where things posted on it do not stay on after closing and opening the app. the campfires are visible but not any chats.

Auto system issue

Does anyone notice that sometimes the characters don't use their skill in auto mode?
It's getting me crazy because of that making me lose.

Dosent let me fight

Every time I attempt to fight in anything the game crashes and uses up my AP, arena tickets, said chances. Everything involved. It's really aggravating since i really love this game

My game crashes during battles

Ill be doing story quest, raids, arena just about everything that has combat and my game crashes. I've tried uninstalling and reinstallin the game but it dosent work. Of there's anything you recommend please do

the little things

Here's a small bug I found (on android). The small bug is that my game becomes inaccessible, once I'm kicked out of the menu, "Failed to watch a commercial. Please try again." within the Pub. The only way to start playing again is to close the game and open it up once more, as in this state; I may tap the screen, but buttons stop registering altogether as seen below when I'm trying to hit the back button.

Small things

The ability box (view from the book icon at bottom right of heroes detail) is cut off by the screen border.

also, the upgrade of the backback, the popup says increase by 8, but actual increase is 10.
from 80 to 90 and 90 to 100.

The First Raid Boss for Guild Raids is known as "Lag"

So, it looks like after guild raids was unlocked over an hour ago, none of my guild has had access to actually doing it. The game freezes up when trying. I was able to get into the new menu the first try. Anyone else having these problems?
