VIP 7 Event Rewards Issue

Hi GM, I still haven't received my rewards for completing VIP 7 Event. Only got notice from GM, but when I check my mailbox, nothing in there. Please check again, I only got 2 from 5 rewards for completion VIP 7 Event. You can check my post, I done everything neat. IGN : Shin Server : 270 G63

    I checked that we didn't pay out the reward of Fire-Dance Certification because of internal circumstance.

    Still havent reward from two VIP 7 event before, only notice that I received rewards but still empty in mailbox, please fix it GM

    Please tell me which event didn't you receive the reward through Moot message

    And I can't understand 'I received rewards but still empty in mailbox' mean. Please capture your problem and show me the screenshot through message
