Hi can anyone give me any tips on how to improve this build. I'm currently in rank 1, so every lobby is full of sweats!
no sprint burst. instead dead hard... 100% better
I have used dead hard and personally I prefer sprint burst. It is really handy because i don't use spine chill so if a killer sneaks up on me while I'm on a gen I can get a decent head start and some distance away from the killer
maybe try lithe u think is how you spell it. it’s a good perk for running the killer around so u don’t necessarily waste ur sprint burst

Always use one where you will be able to see the killer in some kind of way, really helped me.
I used to run spine chill instead of unbreakable but it didn't really help me because I would usually be able to get get away from the killer anyway but thanks for the tip
I would normally agree, but if you’re red rank I think you’re good enough to know that the killer is coming. I don’t use spine anymore and It’s not really that needed
it pretty much depends on how you play. Personally I would get rid of unbreakable and use something else because most of the time killers pick you up instantly or you don't have enough time to heal up.
yeh I was thinking of dropping unbreakable for something like inner strength because your right, most killers just pick me up straight away. I only used it because some killers would know I have ds so therefore they would leave me on the floor untill it runs out.
I wouldn’t recommend balanced landing anymore it’s a good perk but not as good after the nerf
I run spinechill, desisive strike, Selfcare and a random perk that I want to mess around with.
Adrenaline is a good late game perk if you can get it tier 3
Run spine chill You vault faster you search chests faster and it's pretty useful for killers like pig hag and doctor
I think your build is OP already. Im rank 1 survivor aswell, my build isnt so different than yours, and I always play in a full SWF team (with my squad). my usual build is Decisive Strike, Dead Hard, Inner Strength, Borowed Time. But sometimes i changed it to Decisive Strike, Dead Hard/Lithe, Inner Strength, For The People
I use this exact same load out besides sprint burst
I run Decisive Strike, self-care, dead-hard and adrenaline
Get rid of sprint Burst , you don’t need that many exhaustion perks
Adrenaline instead of borrowed it saves me 24/7
