How to delete troops? Pls help

How to delete/burn troops, I'm not progressing in the game, I'm stuck. I cant even create and heal troops, I'm stuck on this Lv9 Headquarters. I really like the game please send help ASAP!

    Hello, in order to burn your troops, click World Map and and click on the Map button. Then, click on Invasion, and attack the 'green exclamation mark icons' or attack other Kingdoms' cities during the designated time.
