Changing Nation

Is it possible to let TOP 10 C/S players (except Monarch) to switch Nationality ?

Currently, the system only allow player below rank 11+ to be able change nation.

Due to the low players and all Top players are in the SAME Nation (even server merged) , it would be more fun and challenge to let them switch country and be able to fight each other in Nation War.

I cant heal wounded troops

Its been an hour or 2, Ive been stuck in my quest "Healing Wounded troops 0/200" . My hospital wont heal my troops what should I do?
Hospital status 43000/60000
I cant even scroll to right, and wont even add by clicking + sign

How to delete troops? Pls help

How to delete/burn troops, I'm not progressing in the game, I'm stuck. I cant even create and heal troops, I'm stuck on this Lv9 Headquarters.
