Enhance Skills

You can raise the level of the selected unit's skill in the Unit Menu > Details > Skill Enhancement Menu.   Skill levels can only be raised to the current level of the unit.   Raising the skill level requires RA scrolls and Skill scrolls, which can be acquired through an event quest or mission.
