Notice of service termination


Greetings, Dark Lords!   Castle Bane’s services with Dark lords will be closed as of December 3, 2020. We apologize for not meeting your expectations and for not providing you with a satisfactory service.   Please refer to the below for details on terminating the service.   [Service Termination Schedule] 1. Block Market Download and Termination of In-App Purchase : 5 November 2020, 14:00 (KST) ※︎ Dark lord with existing games can play it until the end of the service. 2. Service Termination Date : 3 December 2020 (KST) ※︎ All data in the game will be deleted at the end of the service and the game will not be available.   [Refund Policy] 1. Subject to refund application : - All/some of the products purchased through payment from 1 September 2020 to 5 November have not been consumed. 2. Non-refundable subject : - Some products were used after the purchase of the package product. - Crystals acquired through events/push/content, etc. - Items purchased with crystals paid after payment - Items left after use and consumable items purchased - Dark lord who have applied after the refund period has expired. (Crystals will be deleted with service termination) - If the refund amount is $0.99 or less 3. Refund period : - 5 November 2020 ~ 4 January 2021 (KST) ※︎ Caution : It is difficult to receive and process a refund after the refund period, so please make sure to apply within the time limit.   [How to request for refund] -Please write down the following and send it to help@utplus.co.kr. If any of the items written are missing or the information is incorrect, you will not be able to get a refund, so please fill it out correctly. Only the payment details received by help@utplus.co.kr will be refunded, so please send us all the payment records by e-mail. Please check the information that we gave you and we hope that there will be no confusion in using the service, and although the service will be over soon, we will not forget the precious time we spent together.
