Game Will Not Load on New Phone!
I have a new mobile device (Redmi Note 9). The game will not load on it. After the "Chaplin Games" screen, it just goes black and freezes. It is literally unplayable.
After recently spending money to get VIP5 this is extremely disappointing.

Every other app and phone function is perfect, TK:Resizing is the only problem.

War Horse Handbook Loading Error
Hello,
I have been unable to load the war horse Handbook since it's implementation. Every time it I click on it through horse market the game loses connection and reconnects on home screen without loading the book.
This happens on both strong WiFi connection and strong 4G connections.

Event rewards incorrectly shown as "Collected"
The pictured rewards for LV 33 & 34 in A Treasure Box of the Emperor event are incorrectly shown as Collection Complete when they have not been collected.

I upgrade gears, I raise the stars of heroes, I did all of that but my power is still 339299 for 2 days and half haha its getting in to my nerve. One more time and Ill quit. I did not get any red heroes, my power is stack always have bugs. It doesnt make it sense to continue playing

What the hell is this.. How can a inactive user with low power have such strong formations...they are stronger than strong players.. Do u think its fun to play like this?
Overpowered NPC
I just send my troops with full 2 stars yellow generals with mos lv 4 above. But lose in fight with an ordinary tile city with NPC.
Since AI updates its broken. It's good to get the AI smarter but please don't be so OVERPOWERED.
Now I think I will leave this game till AI is fixed and balanced based in rank/battle power/combat power.
In conclusion
What I suggest :
1. Balanced NPC and AI combat power.
2. Make a scheduled movement of AI.
3. Give notifications about city defense against AI who attack our city tile.
Okay so thanks for all your fun game before this and hope I will hear good news from this game for what I suggested above. Then I will back again to play. So now I will just do monitoring this forum and just do summons in game.

Maximum general rank
Is there a relationship between maximum general rank and my level?
My generals are stack at rank 51 since I was level 22, and now I'm level 24 and still there is message - "You need to attain Monarchy".
Practically - does someone know what's the relationship level<>maximum general rank?
I used to have same issue at level 18, but at level 19 it fixed, and generals were raising rank again till 51st rank...
Fate counting Zuo Ci & Zhang Jiao
I was playing with different formations and notice that when I put in one formation Zuo Ci and Zhang Jiao there is no indication for Activate fateful relationship.
Does that mean that those two generals don't have relationship, although it's in their profiles...?

Matching system is terrible..!!
Dear devs.. Your matching system is terrible. I am a lv 25 players, and yet you pit me against players who are lvl 30+. I even got 2 players who are lv 38. I lost the game before it began.
This is where you will lose players and will stop playing if they cannot evolve. If lower players cannot progress it will be a shame.
Just my thoughts, because it is a fun game. Perhaps match players similar with their troops strength or power so it would be balance.
