A.No. Sharing and trading accounts risk the safety of your account. The Last Kings Team will not be held responsible for any possible consequences from these actions.
 
Q.What is an ID?
A.ID refers to your game account. It is required to participate in events or trade codes.
 
Q.How do I link accounts?
A. 1. Push [More] → [Option] → [Account] > [Link] to link your account to Google/Apple/Facebook.
2. Push [More] → [Option] → [Account] → [Switch Account]. Select a third-party account you wish to link your game account to. Follow the steps shown on the screen to link your account.

Q.What is a Guest Account?
A.A Guest Account refers to your game account that is only linked to your device. If the device is linked with a Guest Account, the following actions may cause your gameplay data to be deleted. (You can create a new account upon starting the game.)
1. Re-installing the game.
2. After update maintenance.
3. Factory reset of the device.
4. Changing devices.
To prevent your data from being lost, we recommend linking your game account to a third-party account. If you have lost your previous account, please contact customer support. We will help restore your account.

Q.The purchased package was not delivered to the account!
A.This issue can be a result of multiple factors. For example, it could be a technical issue or an issue with the server delay. Please continue to the next steps.

2. Quit the game and restart the application.

Q.What should I do when the payment fails with an error code?

Q.What should I do when a different currency shows up in the shop?
A.Change your network environment (from 4G to Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi to 4G) and restart the game. Check to see if the account in use is the correct account through which you wish to make a purchase. If the issue persists, even after completing the above steps, please contact customer support.
 
Q.I don't like all of the available packages that are in the shop right now.
A.The package lineup in the shop changes daily. Normally, packages are changed every day at 12:00 a.m. (UTC). However, a package may appear at different times as well. Check the shop every day to make sure you don't miss your favorite package if it appears!

A. If your account is linked to a third-party account, go to [More] → [Option] → [Account] → [Switch Account] to log with the third-party account that was linked before. If your account is not linked to a third-party account, please contact customer support with your account info. We will help restore your account after confirming your identity.
 
Q. I can't log into the game!
A. Restart the game after changing your network connection to 4G LTE or Wi-Fi. Please check your device settings to see if [Last Kings] is given permission to use both WLAN and mobile data. If there aren't any problems with your network settings, please contact customer support for help in resolving your problem.
 
Q. I can't make any purchases!
A. Please follow the next steps. If the issue persists, even after completing the next steps, please contact customer support.
