    Buy aI2 from therapist and use all you’ll need 5 at least

    Make your main focus on leveling up therapist so you can get and use better meds. Make them a key bind too so you don’t have to open up your inventory right click and all that.

    You guys still use key binds for heals lol. just kill all your enemies before healing forehead
