What sets H1Z1 apart from other battle royales?

I've played most of the other popular battle royales but I've never played H1Z1. What makes it unique?

Tbh Idk What Is Unique About It ... But I’m Just Starting To Play H1Z1 Consistently & This Game Show Skills On A Different Type Of Level . Coming From Fortnite And Having To Build To Save You In Close Combat Or Long Rang You Can Easily Defend Yourself . But H1Z1 Is An Survival Game Not Only Battle Royale You Have To Think On Your Feet !

Not a whole lot to talk about, apart grom all the other battle royales. Just a different feel and a bit refreshing after binging Fortnite all day. I've been getting into it. Fun Times...
