how can I upgrade parts

I'm new to this game. How can i upgrade may parts by lvl4? I can't upgrade it, there's no materials when I clicked the details beside ta LVL upgrade.

    Sorry for being late, but just a suggestion. If you want to upgrade parts, wait until you have t4 parts. Other than that it doesn't worth the resources

    sacrifice that part 1 or two stars are unused, if locked, click the padlock image to open it so it can be used
