Upgrading problem

I have a new ship Prince of wales,And i want to exchange my old Scarnhorst. Scarnhorst also planned to become an Upgrade ingriedent,but Schranhorst doesnt appear in Upgrade detail,Im already Unlock the safe. pls help me
