I have a problem

Suggestions & Bug

I unlocked one of CV especialization and it was TORPEDO ATTACK COUNT +1 but the problem is my number of torpedo attack was still 3, it was supposed to be 4 aircraft. I tried to restart my game but it didn't change at all, can someone give me a tips and i thank for those will help me I can't post pic because my game always restart when i post pic Thanks for those who will help me
