Why i can't use free diamonds anymore??

Can please someone say what's happening? Cuz i can't click free diamonds anymore it's says "LOADING THE AD PLEAS TRY AGAIN" I click it multiple times,many many times but nothing also resetting my app but it didn't work............ Thank you for someone will tell me and will help me

    Yeaa that does happen sometimes, usually i just wait for an hour or two then there are ads again

    It's already 2 days pass and still don't have any ads

    I once waited for half a day for it and no ads, what i did to return the ads is clean the ad cache in your game files, then force stop it. Open the game and the ad returns, this doesn't work everytime though
