  Greetings Heirs,   We are here to notify Heirs of issues that we identified after 4.4 Update.   We apologize for the inconvenience caused by known issues and are under investigation to resolve the issue as soon as possible.   Please check the details below.   ⭕4.4 Update Known Issue Details:   Issue #1: Passive Skill not activating correctly upon unlocking a potential skill Details: An issue where a certain servant's passive skill would not activate upon unlocking the special potential skill #2.   List of Servants affected by the Issue: > Light Nuu > Light Oracle > Dark Carmilla > Forest Valk   Notice: The issue is currently under investigation and will be resolved as soon as possible.   Issue #2: Potential Skill not activating properly on Healer Servants. Details: An issue where a certain special potential skill #4 would not activate properly on Healer Servants. The issued Potential Skill: "15% chance to heal an ally with the lowest HP by n%of MAX HP upon basic attack" Notice: The issue is currently under investigation and will be resolved as soon as possible.   We are trying our best to resolve the 4.4 known issues as soon as possible. we apologize for the inconvenience you may experience due to the 4.4 Update Known Issue.
