    hello ! i play this morning and the game crash during i drop shards (500 shards with 1000 points for the event) in the event "check it event". i can take 200 shards in my mailbox but i lost 300 shards. can you help me ?

    I've got the same problem just that none of my shards arrived. I contacted the support but no answer so far...
