▶ Only numbers are shown differently, and numbers are reflected normally.

We would like to notify all users regarding the compensation for the Vortex of Mission Event.
There was an issue regarding the mission reward and due to this many users were able to claim rewards multiple times.
The issue was discovered on 11/25 and was able to resolve this issue and we have decided to provide extra rewards to all those who have participated in the event.

Compensation Reward: 2000 Karats

1) Issue that prevented Heirs from completing battle
> When servants from both sides are alive, Heirs could not End / Clear the battle even when the battle timer reaches 00:00
 
2) Issue regarding level up
> When Heirs level up their Crusade Level, the attempts for Mass Invasion increased
- The increased attempt due to Crusade Level issue has been corrected
> When Heirs level up their Crusade Level, Global Infinite PvP Invitation recharged
 
3) Auto Replace Display Issue
> In Mass Invasion battle preparation screen, the Auto Replace slot did not display "Replace" tag
 
4) Crashing Issue with certain Android Devices
 
5) World Map Entry Issue
> When Heirs level up beyond Crusade Level 42 without clearing any manor beside the basic manors that open at Crusade Level 10, Heirs could not enter World Map with "Cannot find the manor" message.

🚩3.7 Update Known Issue Details:
 
❗Boss Invasion Daily Reward Issue
 
1) Issue with claiming reward at certain clear time
🔴 Issue: Heirs were having issue claiming Daily Rewards from Boss Invasion at certain clear time. (The issue occurred for the following clear times: 2 minutes, 2 minutes 1 second, 3 minutes, 3 minutes 1 second, and 5 minutes.)
🔵 Notice: We are working on fixing this issue. For now, Heirs can re-attempt the Boss Invasions to score shorter clear time to claim Daily Reward for Boss Invasion.
(Ex: If Heirs faced issue clearing Boss Invasion at 3 minutes 1 second, Heirs can claim Daily Reward by clearing Boss Invasion at 2 minutes 59 seconds.)
 
2) Issue with claiming reward when Heirs don't have enough Gear Inventory space
🔴 Issue: Heirs were having issue receiving rewards when they claim Daily Rewards when they don't have enough Gear Inventory space.
🔵 Notice: We are trying to identify the cause of this issue. We would strongly recommend Heirs to check their Gear Inventory space before claiming Daily Reward for Boss Invasion.

3.6 Update Known Issue Details:
Issue #1 Servant Marking Setting in Defense Team
> Issue Details: Issue where you cannot revert the Mark setting of the servants in the PvP / Party Raid.
> Temporary Solution: Remove and place them again in the Defense Team to freely choose the servant's marking.
 
Issue #2 Translation issue with Sofia’s combo skill [Resolved on 9/5 Server Time]
> Currently there is a translation issue with Sofia's Combo Skill.
> Combo Skill of Forest / Dark Sofia currently states that it revives dead "allies." However, the correct translation would be "ally."
 
Issue #3 World Battle Issues
> Issue Details: A blank screen is displayed when entering World Battle on certain devices
> Temporary Solution: We are looking for the cause of this issue.
If you delete data in Settings-App menu, you can proceed to battle normally.
In the case of a guest account, the integration may be broken, so it is recommended to proceed with data deletion.
 
We will make another announcement when we have resolved this issue.

- Notice:

Compensation Reward will be sent to your mailbox upon login and will be stored for 7 days.

Lucrecia Potential skill-related adjustment compensation reward
- Reward Date: Within 3 days after the v3.6 Update [Delivered on 9/5]
- Compensation User List: Users who have set their Lucrecia's 4th special potential skill to "The amount of damage receive at once does not exceed xx% of Max HP".
- Compensation: Number of potential change stone to change the 4th special potential skill slot in the last 3 months.
- Notice:
Compensation Reward will be delivered to users who qualify for the compensation.
The compensation reward will be delivered to the mailbox and will be stored for 7 days.
