We are here to notify Heirs of known issues after the 5.2 Update.

5.2 Known Issue:
 
1. An issue where the decimal points of Team HP are not being calculated in PvP contents.
 
Issue Notice: In PvP contents, the attacking team takes the win in a case where the attacking team and the defending team has the same hp.
However, the decimal points of HP are not being calculated and only the overall team HP causes the attacking team to take the win even though the Team HP is not the same.
 
ex)
- Attacking Team HP - 92.07%
- Defending Team HP - 92.10%
* The defending team is supposed to take the win but the attacking team takes the win.
 
Notice: The issue is planned to be resolved in the next update.
 
2. An issue where 5★ Servant Yuri's passive "ATK Increase" increases ATK beyond the maximum level cap and her passive would not be removed with "buff removal" effects.
 
Notice: The issue is planned to be resolved in the next update.

Valor to Energy Craft Patch Details:
1) New Energy Craft Using Valor Added
: Added new craft option in [Craft->Summon Stone] tab that allows Heirs to obtain Valor using Energy.
: Please note that the Halloween Drop Event will also allow Heirs to use Valor to craft Energy during the event period.
*Currently we are fixing an issue that prevents Valor count from updating immediately if an Heir claims Valor from the mailbox while having Craft that uses Valor as material open. Please note that the amount of Valor will update if you move to a different screen.
 
Please note that you may need to restart Heir of Light to download new data.

We have installed a new program/feature to enhance the hacking protection in the 4.5 Update. However, the new hacking protection is causing a random crashing issue.
We are currently in the process of investigating the issue that is caused due to the compatibility of the hacking protection and the app.
 
The crashing issue is found more with emulators and we are having difficulty in recreating the issue with mobile devices that we currently possess.

For those who have completed Bonus Event 1 and have not been rewarded
Event rewards will be carried out as follows:

We would like to update all Heirs regarding the Welcome to Elemental Mission Forest Event Issue.
 
As of 7/2 8:30 PM CDT, the Bonus Event 1 issue is resolved and is working properly.
We are in the process of investigating the cause of the issue and also the numbers of accounts that were affected by the issue.
 
After the investigation, we will process all accounts that are missing rewards and deliver missing rewards.
 
We will make an additional announcement once the investigation is complete.

1. Potential Skills Issues [Resolved]
> Resolved an issue where a certain servant's passive skill would not activate upon unlocking the special potential skill #2.
* List of Servants that were affected by the Issue:
- Light Nuu
- Light Oracle
- Dark Carmilla
- Forest Valk
 
> Resolved an issue where a certain special potential skill #4 would not activate properly on Healer Servants
* The issued Potential Skill:
"15% chance to heal an ally with the lowest HP by n%of MAX HP upon basic attack"
 
2. Pop Up & Other Improvements
> Added an alert where it would advise to change your team composition if the team passive information does not match.
(ex. you change out your servant but the passive is set to the servant that you previously exchanged)
> Removed "bloom effect" during the battle for AD devices to prevent displaying issues from occurring. (The blooming effect is a graphic option and it caused the display issue on Android devices when turned on).
