We have installed a new program/feature to enhance the hacking protection in the 4.5 Update. However, the new hacking protection is causing a random crashing issue.
We are currently in the process of investigating the issue that is caused due to the compatibility of the hacking protection and the app.
 
The crashing issue is found more with emulators and we are having difficulty in recreating the issue with mobile devices that we currently possess.
Thus, we would like to request all Heirs who have experienced or are experiencing crashing issues in v4.5 to share more information by reporting to our Customer Support.

After the investigation, we will process all accounts that are missing rewards and deliver missing rewards.

2. Pop Up & Other Improvements
> Added an alert where it would advise to change your team composition if the team passive information does not match.
(ex. you change out your servant but the passive is set to the servant that you previously exchanged)
> Removed "bloom effect" during the battle for AD devices to prevent displaying issues from occurring. (The blooming effect is a graphic option and it caused the display issue on Android devices when turned on).

💥Guild Dungeon Clear Requirement Timer Display Issue
> An issue where the Guild Dungeon stage clear time requirement does not match correctly with the actual time
Notice: The issue is currently under investigation and will be resolved as soon as possible.
 
💥Party Raid Issue
> An issue where you get kicked out from the Party Raid content while still being in Party Raid Group under specific circumstances which causes inaccessibility to the Quick Menu.
Notice: You can leave the Party Raid Group by re-entering the Party Raid Content or by restarting the App.
 
💥Bond Issue
> An issue where the Sub Bond Servant cannot reroll its Special Potential Skills (Free) when the account is not holding specific currencies.
Notice: The issue occurs when you do not have any Potential Change Stone or Gold in your account.

> Resolved an issue where the servants in the Guild War DEF Team were not able to be used as a material or moved to the barrack when leaving a Guild after being set as a DEF Team.
> Resolved an issue where the Guild Leader could not deploy a Guild member's DEF team when a Guild Member leaves and rejoins the Guild after setting up their DEF team.
> Resolved an issue where the PvP or other contents related passives were shown to be in effect when managing the Guild War DEF Team.
> Resolved an issue where the UI would not display correctly upon entering the Guild War on certain types of Android devices.
 
2. Demian
> Resolved an issue where Fire Demian's Transcendence Stat and Collect Effect were set as an ATK-based DPS Servant.
> Resolved an issue where the DEF debuff on Dark Demian's Combo skill was set at Level 3 instead of Level 5.
 
3. Miscellaneous
> Resolved an issue where the party raid was unplayable by displaying a server error message when inviting a player or a support team to the raid upon using a servant in a Subteam in Fuse, Evolve, or Dismiss.
> Resolved an issue where an error message would display when joining a guild with an Infinite PvP team that does not have any servants with team passive skills related to Explore.
> Resolved an issue where the Leto & [A] Leto's "Iyagagak's Feast" skill motion would stop and would not apply any damage when the skill is used right after an enemy's combo skill.

💥 Red Dot Issue in Guild related Contents
> An issue where the red dot alerts for other contents in the menu disappear upon entering Guild Dungeon or Guild War.
> Notice: The bug is currently under investigation and will be resolved as soon as possible.
 
💥 Guild War DEF Team Issue upon Leaving a Guild
> An issue where the servants in the Guild War DEF Team cannot be used as a material or moved to the barrack when leaving a Guild after setting up DEF Team.
> Notice: The issue will disappear upon restarting the App.
 
💥 Guild War DEF Team Issue upon Rejoining a Guild
> An issue where the Guild Leader cannot deploy a Guild member's DEF Team when a Guild Member leaves & rejoins the Guild after setting up DEF Team.

💥 Team Passive Servant Display in the Guild War
> A display issue where the servant with PVP related passives is being indicated when managing the DEF Team.
> Notice: Only Guild / All-Region passives are applied in the Guild War. The display issue will be resolved as soon as possible.
 
💥Fire Demian Transcendence Stat & Collection Effect
> An issue where Fire Demian's Transcendence Stat & Collection Effect is recognizing Fire Demian as ATK-Based DPS servant.
> Notice: Fire Demian is a Ignore-DEF DPS servant, and the display issue will be fixed as soon as possible.
 
💥Dark Demian Combo Skill
> An issue where Dark Demian's Combo Skill's DEF-Decrease is set to Lv.3.
> Notice: DEF-Decrease on Dark Demian's Combo Skill will be fixed to Lv. 5.

> Issue where the Boss would not appear and would not proceed to the next battle phrase if the battle phrase ends due to the Forest Oracle's Bomb Damage has been resolved.

> Resolved an issue where Servants' Marks were not changeable in the Boss Invasion and Party Raid
> Resolved an issue where max level servants were not automatically being replaced during Auto-Repeat.
> Resolved an issue where teams were displayed in reversed order during the battle preparation in the World Battle.
