Account viability

been playing for 2 years...
created an account in SEA server (using my intended IGN)
but transferred to global server (guild and friends were in global), so i cdnt use my intended IGN in global and used a diff IGN instead to play.. (i thought it was a bug or sum1 else using the same IGN)

now i realised it was due to my prev account in SEA server.... which i am no longer using...

Q: if i open my SEA account and delete it... will my global account also be deleted ???
because i intend to remove the name frm SEA server... then change my IGN in global server

or is there any other way to do it ??
