An unbiased look into G Fuel.

So, you’re considering G Fuel. So am I. I googled it, found some nutrition facts and gave you some pointers. Here you go. Price $15 for a starter pack of 7 servings plus a shaker cup or 36 for a tub with 40 servings (works out to be 89 cents per serving, which they proudly advertise). Oh, and $25 for a hat. Outrageous. Nutrition facts are shown below. This is for the Tropical Rain flavor in particular, but most values will remain relatively constant.

What it tells you: • Wow, look at those vitamins. • No fat, no carbs, no sugar. • No excess calories. • 150 mg of caffeine. A coffee and a half. • It has added ingredients you may be allergic to. Breakdown: Recommended daily caffeine intake for an adolescent is 100, but not a single one of us cares about that. You’ll probably end up pissing out all of those vitamins later, but multivitamin companies will sell you the same bullshit, so I’ll let it slide. The lack of excess sugar, fat, carbs, and calories speaks for itself. Very cool. So what does this mean for you, a curious consumer? G Fuel is an energy drink that focuses on energy and focus, and you should use it for activities that require such things. Like gaming, for instance. Regulate your intake, it’s got a lot of caffeine, and you don’t want to OD. Questions you may have Q: Is it healthy? A: Healthier than other energy drinks. Try getting some sleep if you want a healthy alternative. Q: Why is it so expensive? A: You’re buying in bulk. It’s a good value, honestly. Get the starter pack if it’s too much of an investment. You can use the shaker for other shit if you don’t like it. Q: Fcuk u i love gfuel u cant talk shit abt it if u havent try it >:((((( A: I never did, please leave me alone. Any other questions can be put in the comments. I can’t tell you if it will work for you, so don’t ask.

A few more notes. Sucralose is Splenda- some people are sensitive to it. And the dues. I have a few friends allergic to the dyes so double check before you drink :)

could the caffeine be bad for you if you take it on a daily basis?

If you feel you might have problems with caffeine, I’d ask your doctor. Heart problems do not mesh well with caffeine at all, anxiety might go off the hook. If you don’t drink coffee/energy drinks I’d take it slow.
