FARM FLEX CHALLENGE
Upload a clip of your favorite farm save and tag #FarmFlex to participate :)
Ok, welcome to my CUTEST farm:
I had a slow day since it’s the beginning of summer and I’m basically just waiting for my summer crops to finish maturing.
This is my Year 7 farm. +300 hours of play time. My collections aren’t finished on this save so every iridium sprinkler you see was bought with gold. I think I spent 78,000 gold on my sprinkler system alone. Also I harvest my fields by hand since I don’t have Junimos to do it for me. I have a well established crop rotation which I detail and plan starting from the first of spring. For example: where I plant my beans in the spring is where I plant my hops in the summer and then my grapes in the fall. And in between my trellis plants I will sow multi-seasonal crops spring through the first half of summer. I plant coffee in between my trellis crops for spring, then I uproot the coffee and plant sunflowers from midsummer- fall. Another thing I do to save myself time is planting Ancient Fruits in the spring. They take an entire season to mature and keep producing fruit until winter first so if you are harvesting by hand it helps to keep spring from feeling overwhelming on harvest days. Also during summer and fall ancient fruits give you something to do if you decide to go all in on crops that have a long maturation like melons, star fruits, and pumpkins. I keep my fields tilled year round by planting winter seeds. And if a few spots become untilled it’s not a big deal because I’ve used crystal paths to keep my sprinklers and scarecrows from being tore up. I am a hoarder so I have one of every item somewhere in a chest on my farm. I have kept almost all of my gold tier crops since year one, the only time I’ve sold gold tier crops is if I needed the money for buying seeds in earlier years. As you can see I’ve built a number of seed makers so that hasn’t been an issue for me on this save in a long time. I plan to sell all my gold tier crops at once after I complete my collection so I’ll have plenty of gold to buy my Golden Clock. (If you don’t want spoilers don’t look up what the golden clock is) you’ll notice that I have 6 sheds, each shed contains 61 jelly presses or kegs (technically the extra 1 press or keg is outside so I don’t have to go inside to see if my jelly or wine has finished). I do keep my jellies and wines going all year long and over the winter since I’m typically bored as hell I make coffee since the rotation through the kegs is only hours instead of days. Year 7 I decided to add my very own cute little tree grove so I now have 6 of each tree. I planted one of each directly out front of my house for decoration as well as functionality. You must harvest your tree once every 3 days or you’re wasting the ground plot to keep the trees. Also I have 12 bee houses scattered around my farm near my decorative flour beds, ensuring I can cultivate each type of flower honey throughout the year. Inside my home I have 103 casks for the creation of iridium wine, beer, cheese, and meads. I own both catalogues and as a result my home and sheds are all cute as heck.

Cross-species friendship mod
There exists a Stardew Valley mod that lets you play fetch with your pet, and your pet will follow you around everywhere.
At the start of the game, the player is asked to choose between cat or dog, willing their favoured species into existence as the stray pops into their farm enclosure. But interactions are limited to head-patting and the filling of water dishes in the vanilla game. And while this is a great band name, it makes for a restrictive pet relationship.
In the new Pet Interaction mod by user “jahangmar”, available from Nexus, pets now follow you around and will chase after birds while you run errands, or wait patiently outside of buildings that you’ve entered.
The add-on, which re-implements a previously abandoned mod, also introduces fetch which can be used to gain friendship points. Friendship points can be drained by splashing your pet with your watering can or hitting it with a tool, which incidentally is also how to drain friendship points with me.
I’m interested in having more meat options added to this game. I’ve seen the mod for it, but I got skeptical. Should I try it? :3
Anyone know when multiplayer coming to console?
Have Stardew on switch and xbox, Friends have it on xbox so I'm wondering when i can play with them.
Anyone on here with a 100% Completion rate of the game?
Just curious and wanted to earn some coins. Also how hard was it to earn it?
Every single day I wake up and check for the Stardew Valley multiplayer update on my PS4 and everyday I’m disappointed af. Common Concerned Ape! Get it in gear! We were supposed to have this update before SV was released for switch, that was like a year ago! *weeping* I JUST WANNA HARVEST POTATOES WITH MY MATES!
Easiest way to farm?
Im stuck. I havent found out the most efficient way of farming for crops. Any ideas?
Do YOU sell all your stuff at the end of the month??
Im quite curious about how many of you guys, wait to sell all of your stuff at the end of the month or just sell when you're harvest is done?
Such an amazing game!
I remember pirating this game a couple years ago and becoming obsessed. I felt so bad for pirating I ended up buying 2 copies of this game to help support the developer. Remember, if you really enjoyed a game you should always support the dev as it helps them so much.
Is there a way i can stop the grass from growing back on my farm?
Games like Stardew Valley?
I'm looking for a nice relaxing game like Stardew Valley. The gameplay doesn't have to be similar, but the general nice relaxing feel is what I'm looking for. I've heard Terreria is good, any other recommendations? Local co-op would be a plus but not necessary.
Can somebody plz give me inspiration to play this game again because I feel that I've done everything but I haven't... :(
