Leaked Information! : - 20 new vehicles (including cars, boats, planes, helis, (quad-)bikes, and the submarine) - 2 cut vehicles made it into the game, the Squaddie and the Winky - 3 new weapons: 1 rifle, 1 shotgun, and 1 pistol - a bunch of new clothing & tattoos - the submarine "Kosatka" works similar to the Yacht, you can relocate it, buy a bunch of upgrades (even a heli), and request a boat - during the heist you can request "support", this includes airstrikes, air support, a drone and other weapon-related stuff.
