🙋‍♂️ : I am losing my points because of the Bot from the Snake’s Battlefield. Please fix this.
 
 
👩‍🏫 : The issue which the Bot summons multiple summonlings at once will be fixed through the next patch.
 
Through the next update, the equipment of the bot will be changed, and we are doing the last test to fix and update this issue as soon as possible.
 
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you had experienced due to this issue.
When we receive the accurate date of this update we will notify you as shortly.
 
 
 
 
🙋 : The game stops and force quit often while playing. Do you have any plans optimizing the game?
 
 
👩‍🏫 : We are currently doing our best to optimize our game based on all the inquiries which you all have sent to us through the community and the Customer Center.
 
With your kind understanding, please understand that it may take some time to optimize our game to all kinds of devices.

There are minor bugs which we can fix by simple in-game data patch, but there are several bugs which need a market update so it may take more than a week to fix the bug.
 
It is helpful for us if you provide detailed information about the bug you have experienced.

Here, let me help you out.
 
From this post, I would like to inform you how to solve the problem while logging in the game with your Google account. Please follow the steps below.
 
 
1. From your device go to [Settings] > Google (Google Settings)
 
2. From [Google] > [Play Games]
 
3. [Play Games] > [Settings]
 
4. Check whether you turned on or off the “Automatically sign in to supported games” function.
 
5. If turned off, please TURN ON the function > Start the First Summoner again.
 
◆ The steps written above may differ based on the OS version of the device.
 
◆ If you still experience the same issue even after following the steps above please contact our Customer Center (game_service@linegames.support) or try to login with a different platform.

◆ [In Progress] Errors while completing the quest or playing the game.
 
- We have noticed that occasionally force quit happened while the quest is in progress.
 
- Intermittently, it was not able to complete the quest and claim the rewards, even though you met all the conditions.
 
- We are currently, confirming the cause of the issues based on the inquiries and messages you have sent to us.
 
-First, if you have experienced one of those problems, please exit the game entirely and then restart the game.
(If the same problem happens again even after restarting the game, please try one more time to restart as we have that the system works properly on the second time.)
 
- We will let you know through this notice as soon as there are any updates for this problem.
 
 
◆ [In Progress] Issues about excessively long loading time and unknown pop-up messages
 
- This problem might be fixed if you follow the direction below.

Please note for guest account users, that their account data will be deleted as well if you follow the direction written above.

- This issue has happened to summoners who tried to receive the Login Bonus Gift from their Mailbox during a specific time.
- This problem has now been solved and we have sent the “Login Bonus Gift” again, so you can now receive it from your Mailbox.
 
 
2. [Solved] Login error, while linking with LINE account.
 
- We are currently checking the cause of the error
- We kindly ask you to link your account with another platform until this error has been fixed.

3. [Solved] Event not starting on the expected time.
