We suspend the accounts of the users who violate the game integrity. There have been few cases of making a refund through Google Play Store or Apple App Store without contacting us while successfully receiving and using the purchased items. We consider those cases as irregular activities undermining fairness of the game, and those accounts will be suspended accordingly. If you did not receive the purchased item after making a purchase, please reboot the phone, restart the game, and check your Inbox to see whether the purchased items are delivered. If you still cannot receive the purchased item after that process, it's because we haven't received the Purchase Receipt from either Google Play Store or Apple App Store, depending on your device. Error during transaction might occur due to unstable network connection. Although we are continuously trying to improve our server status, in a meanwhile, please try to make transactions with stable network connection.
