Tips for Xbox:
Some of you really need to figure out how to post better images. And I’m only saying this because some of the content I see is awful.
You’ll need two things:
1) an Xbox
2) a phone with the Xbox app installed
(Hint: you’ll need to be signed into the same account on both devices.)
When you decide you want to post on the wonder app we call ‘Moot’ you need to have decent images where we can properly see what you’re trying to show, NOT A PICTURE OF YOUR TV/MONITOR SCREEN FROM YOUR PHONE.
Anyways.
While you are in game, any game, and you want to screenshot OR record, press the home button(the one that lights up in the middle of your controller) and two things can happen from here:
1) Press Y to SCREENSHOT
2) Press X to RECORD
AFTER THAT, grab your phone, open the Xbox app, press the button in the TOP LEFT of the screen, Press the button that say CAPTURES (if you can’t find it, it’s located three spaces down from your profile link) THEN go to the screenshot/video that you want to save, press the “Share to...” button UNDER THE VIDEO/IMAGE, AND THEN PRESS SAVE AND YOU HAVE TO SAVES TO YOUR PHONE.
