Today I discovered some new skins but i didn't see anything about them in the updates

From what I've seen, there are 10 tanks with this pixaled skin. I would like to know if these skins are for a limited time or can be purchased at any time. And I would also like to know if it will only be these 10 tanks or will have them all in the future.

    Some of them look pretty messy to me but others like aduka and raon are pretty iconic! I already bought the photon. Hype is real!
