Does anyone know how I can get this pet?

The pet is the Jack-O-Lantern, the same we got for free in the halloween but this one is a grade A pet. He is not on the shop, and I got this one on the heart event. Is it only possible to get it in the heart event?

    I've seen this pet grade B once, but I also have no idea how to get it

    No, it just shoots one projectile with highter damage.
