Sorrowful disconnection problem

Its me again... the problem is still there. nothing changed. winning, then get disconnected without countdown else. NEVER experience this problem when losing advantage in game... holy shiet is happening? I'm sorry to say, this problem make me dislike this game more... I'm not sure how to solve this.
