Never seen that before, that‘s weird indeed. Sometimes I see one blank bar but in the end we are a three man squad in the drop ship so maybe thats just a latency issue where players load in a bit later than you do
when there is one blank bar it means they haven't loaded in because of a other glitch called "invalid token" which gives you an error and puts you into the main menu until you load back into the lobby and eventually into the game right when the drop ship is starting.
