We are sorry to announce the closure of the service on 28th June 2019 at 18:00 (GMT+9) We hope you to understand our decision of closing the service in order to grow further propel the better service in the near future. Along with the closure of the game, here are details on the exact closing date and refund information.   Service close schedule *End date of game items purchase: 28 May (Tues) 2019 18:00 (GMT+9) *Game Service Close: 28 June 2019 (Fri) 18:00 (GMT+9) *Closing the official cafe: 28 June 2019 (Fri) 18:00 (GMT+9)   Period Refund Details.   (1) Refund period May 28, 2019 12:00 (GMT+9) to June 28, 2019 (Fri) 18:00 (GMT+9) (2) Refundable : Items purchased within 00:00 (GMT+9) on April 28, 2019 to 12:00 (GMT+9) on May 28, 2019 with receipts. (3) Non-refund ! : *No refund after a period of refund. *No refund for free items or after the period of refund. *No refund for any rubies once part of the purchased rubies is used. *No refund for any packages once part of the purchased any items are used.   (4) How to apply for a refund Please send a mail (cs@hinode-studio.com) with a receipt of the product purchased at Customer Center through the 'Ask' button in the settings menu that is in the upper left corner of the game.
