The VALOFE Global., Ltd. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively referred to as, "VALOFE", “we”, “our” and “us”) respect and is committed to the privacy of our online visitors and recognizes the importance of protecting all information that you may choose to share with us. To further this commitment, we have adopted this Online Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") to guide how we collect, store, and use the information you provide us. The term “Services” refers to the act of providing you with the opportunity to use the named games (“Games”), websites (“Sites”), VALOFE accounts ("Account"), and any of our other products and services (including support services, forums) related to the Games ("Ancillary Services").

This Privacy Policy describes how VALOFE Corporation (“VALOFE”, “us”, “our” or “we”) collects, uses, and shares information about you and applies to your use of our game application (the “Game”) and services and content related to the Game including services provided via the vfun.valofe.com website (the “Services”).
Should the Privacy Policy change, we intend to take every reasonable step to ensure that these changes are brought to your attention by posting all changes prominently on our web site for a reasonable period of time.
 
3. Personal Information
Personal Information means any information that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, a home or other physical address and an email address or other contact information, whether at work or at home. In general, you can visit our Web pages without telling us who you are or revealing any Personal Information about yourself.
 
We collect Personal Data and other information that you voluntarily provide. It is entirely your decision to provide the requested information. However, your use of certain Services is possible only if you provide required information, e.g. while creating an Account. If you use our websites and games, we may collect personal information from you (such as name, e-mail address, contact information and payment and billing information), but only if you voluntarily provide it to us. This information will be used by us to allow you to register to use the services, register for contests or giveaways, complete questionnaires, order products and services from us and submit forms or send other information to us. If you decide to provide us your personal information, we will only collect the personal information which is needed to fulfill your requests and our legitimate business objectives. If you refuse to release your personal information when requested, you will not be able to access certain areas of our services.
 
3.1 VALOFE Account users
 
REGISTRATION TO USE SERVICES
 
If you wish to register with our game, you will be asked to provide us with, but not limited to, an email address and birth date. You may be asked to choose a user or member name and password. Please do not use your real name or the real name of another person when selecting a user name. Please note that your user name will be available to the Internet's general public while you participate in some services, like chat rooms or message boards, so you should exercise discretion when using these services.
 
We are not responsible for protecting such information that you may disclose to third parties through our services (e.g. sending your telephone number to another user through the chat service). To the extent that you create a public profile that may be available to others on our sites and services, you are solely responsible for its content and accuracy at all times. To edit or change such information, follow the instructions on the web site.
 
ONLINE GAMES
 
When you play any of the games offered and/or served by VALOFE, or use any of the communication features on the Sites, your IP address (the Internet protocol address from which you access any of the above) may be stored in our records. When any game is updated or "patched," our patch routine may check your computer to see that you have the most recent version of game-specific files; when you communicate within any game or any other communication feature within the Game (e.g. live chat, instant message services and the like), even "privately" to another person, you do so with the understanding that those communications go through our servers, can be monitored by us, you have no expectation of privacy in any of those communications and, accordingly, you expressly consent to monitoring of communications that you send and receive.
 
ONLINE STORE
 
When you sign up to play our game or you make an online purchase from our Web site or online store, you need to provide a valid credit card number, expiration date and credit card security code, in addition to name, mailing and billing addresses, phone number and e-mail address. Please note that you must be over the age of 18 to place orders online). Issues related to customer service, billing questions, etc. may also require you to provide us with some personal information so that we may resolve the issue properly. All financial and personal information is transmitted by SSL protocol via VALOFES' secure server.
 
COOKIES AND RELATED TECHNOLOGY
 
We may use cookies on our websites. A "cookie" is a small bit of record-keeping information that sites often store on a user's computer. Cookies do not include people's names, email addresses, or other information that is personally identifiable; they are typically used to quickly identify a user's computer and to "remember" things about the user's visit. Generally, the information that you disclose on our website is collected by VALOFE or by third parties such as co-sponsors or vendors for the promotion. VALOFES ' use of any such information will be governed by this policy. The names of third parties such as co-sponsors (other than vendors hired by VALOFE to conduct, administer, and execute a promotion on behalf of VALOFE will be disclosed to you when you are asked to sign up for the promotion.
 
VALOFE strives to comply with all applicable laws around the globe that are designed to protect your privacy. Although legal requirements may vary from country to country, VALOFE intends to adhere to the principles set forth in this Privacy Policy even if, in connection with the above, we transfer your Personal Information from your country to countries that may not require an "adequate" level of protection for your Personal Information. To provide you with an access to any of VALOFE Mobile Games and for your use of our Services pursuant to our Terms of Service, we must at least collect and process from all of you your device information including MAC Address, IP Address and unique mobile device ID (collectively, “Device Information”). We collect and process your Device Information because we have a legitimate business interest in providing the Services to you that do not override your interests, rights and freedoms to protect information about you. We use your Device Information to discharge our contractual obligations to you as a User of our Services.
 
With your Device Information, we will:
 
- provide access to the VALOFE Mobile Games and any of our Services;
- create your game account and manage the account information;
- inform you of (a) existing products, new products, services, features, promotions, enhancements and updates regarding our Service and (b) updates to the Policy;
- fulfill your request and/or order for VALOFE Mobile Games and our obligations under the Policy;
- monitor the technical functioning of the Service; and
- trouble-shoot errors or issues with any of the Service.
 
Game Data
 
Our Service will also record game play information including, without limitation, your activities within the VALOFE Mobile Games, high scores or game session duration, for the continuation of your game play. Any time you access the Service, we also collect aggregate information, including, without limitation, internet protocol addresses, your device’s operating system, browser type and browser language. We use the game play information and aggregate information to provide adequate services within the Services, better tailor the Service to your interests, to provide you more efficient customer support, and to overall enhance the Services. We collect and process your game play information because we have a legitimate business interest in providing the Services to you that do not override your interests, rights and freedoms to protect information about you.
 
Usage Data through Automated Means
 
When you access and/or use any of our Services, we may also collect your usage statistics about your interactions with our Services. Such usage data is collected through the use of server log files and/or automated means. We and our marketing partners and analytics service providers use technologies may use “cookies” and other technologies such as pixel tags and web beacons, clear GIFs on certain our Services, Games, advertising and web pages to analyze your use of our Services, games, advertising and web pages, to customize, improve the same, to measure promotional effectiveness, and to promote trust and safety. We collect and process your usage data because we have a legitimate business interest in providing the Services to you that do not override your interests, rights and freedoms to protect information about you. SNS Information
 
When you use or access VALOFE Mobile Games using a third party SNS, such as Facebook, Apple Play Center or Google +, you allow us to access and/or collect certain information from your SNS profile/account as permitted by the terms of the SNS Platform and your privacy settings thereon. To provide SNS Account users the Service and necessary customer support, we, in addition to your Device Information, collect your unique SNS identifier and your SNS profile photo (collectively, the “SNS Information”). We collect and process your SNS Information because we have a legitimate business interest in providing the Services to you that do not override your interests, rights and freedoms to protect information about you. We use your SNS Information to discharge our contractual obligations to you as a User of our Services.
 
With your SNS Information, we will:
 
- provide access to the VALOFE Mobile Games and any of our Services;
- create your game account and manage the account information;
- inform you of (a) existing products, new products, services, features, promotions, enhancements and updates regarding our Service and (b) updates to the Policy;
- provide customer support and respond to User inquiries;
- fulfill your request and/or order for VALOFE Mobile Games and our obligations under the Policy; and
- enable User-to-User communication and interaction
 
If you do not wish your SNS to provide us your personal data, you may disconnect the SNS login in the setting within the Services or change the privacy setting on your SNS. Your deliberate disconnection of the SNS login may limit certain features of our Services.
 
Additional Information
 
Furthermore, upon your explicit consent, we may also collect and process below information to provide enhanced game services and promotional/marketing information regarding VALOFE Mobile Games via push notification and/or e-mail newsletters:
 
- for the purpose of marketing, your country, phone number, email address, and birthday;
- for the purpose of providing you with social networking services within the Services, your profile photo, country, gender, and contact list; and
- for the purpose of providing you with VALOFE optional services (i.e. find your ID/password or other information to identify user/account), your birthday and secondary email address.
 
3.3 Users without Any Account
 
Users can access any of VALOFE Mobile Games without a VALOFE or SNS Account. These guest users (“Guest Users”) can enjoy VALOFE Mobile Games but may have limited access to online communities or social network services, customer support and other exclusive services rendered to VALOFE or SNS Account users.
 
To provide you as a Guest User necessary access to VALOFE Mobile Games and for your use of VALOFE Mobile Games pursuant to the Terms of Service concluded between you and us, we collect and process below information.
 
Device Information

4. Notice
Where VALOFE collects Personal Information on the web, we intend to post a purpose statement that explains why Personal Information will be collected and whether we plan to share such Personal Information outside of VALOFE or those working on our behalf. VALOFE does not intend to transfer Personal Information without your consent to third parties who are not bound to act on our behalf unless such transfer is legally required.
 
 
5. Your Rights and Choices
 
You may choose whether or not to provide Personal Information to VALOFE. The notice we intend to provide where we collect Personal Information on the Web should help you to make this choice. If you choose not to provide the Personal Information we request, you can still visit most of our web sites, but you may be unable to access certain options, offers, and services that involve our interaction with you.
 
5.1. RIGHT OF ACCESS
You have the right to access your Personal Data that we hold about you, i.e. the right to require free of charge (i) information whether your Personal Data is retained, (ii) access to and/or (iii) duplicates of the Personal Data retained. You can use the right to access to your Personal Data through the “Data Export” tool available in the Account Management tools. Once the archive with the Personal Data we retain is ready, you will be able to download in it from our resources. If the request affects the rights and freedoms of others or is manifestly unfounded or excessive, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee (taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or communication or taking the action requested) or refuse to act on the request. We also will not be able to provide you with some Personal Data that you may post or provide using our Services regardless of our request not to provide the Personal Data in this particular field, website, etc.
 
5.2. RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION
 
You control which ID, email, country, social networks accounts, and trusted sites we associate with your Account. If they change, please modify the data in the Personal Account directly. Please inform us if any of the Personal Data we retain about you is inaccurate.
 
5.3. RIGHT TO ERASURE
 
You have the right to obtain deletion by us of Personal Data concerning you by deleting your Account via our “Account Deletion” tool available in the account management section in our homepage. In the event a user requests the deletion of personal information, it will be conducted under the supervision of the 'Data Protection Officer'. In case of possession of SNS Account, you have the right to obtain deletion via "Account Deletion" available in game.
 
As a result of deleting your Account, you will lose access to most Services, including the Account and Game-Related Information linked to the Account, subscriptions to VALOFE forums and the possibility to access other services you are using the Account for including but not limited to, all of your game related items, characters, and all remaining game credits on your account.
 
Important note: Any Virtual Goods you purchase from us are directly linked to the existence of your Account. If you decide to close your Account, you will lose any Virtual Goods accessible from that Account at the time of the termination and you will not be entitled to any refunds or compensation.
 
Grace period. We will allow you to restore your Account during a minimum grace period of 45 (forty-five) days from the moment you request deletion of your Account. This functionality allows you not to lose various Game-Related Information and other important information and options by mistake. During the suspension period, we will be able to finalize financial and other activities that you may have initiated before sending the Account deletion request.
 
Complicated Account deletion. In some cases, deletion of your Account, and therefore Personal Data deletion, is complicated. In some cases, considering the complexity and number of the requests, the period for Personal Data erasure may be extended.
 
Information we retain. Upon expiry of the suspension period we will delete all Personal Data about you, except for the data that are required for our compliance with the requirements of applicable laws (e.g. tax and accounting requirements) or for our detection, investigation and prevention of cheating in the Game. We will retain anonymous information after your Account has been closed. Information you have shared with others (e.g. through in-Games chats, updates or group posts) will remain visible after you closed your account or deleted the information from your own profile or mailbox, and we do not control data that other Members copied out of our Services. Groups content associated with closed accounts will show an unknown user as the source. Your profile may continue to be displayed in the services of others (e.g. search engine results) until they refresh their cache.
 
5.4. RIGHT TO OBJECT
Where processing of your Personal Data is based on legitimate interests according to Article 21 of the GDPR, you can use your right to object at any time. If you object we will no longer process your Personal Data unless there are compelling and prevailing legitimate grounds for the processing or the data is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
 
 
6. Third party services, features, and devices
 
Our Services contain content from and hyperlinks to websites, locations, platforms, and services operated and owned by third parties (“Third Party Services”). In addition, our Services contain features that allow you interact with, connect to, or access our Services through certain Third Party Services and third party devices (“Third Party Features”). For example, you interact with a Third Party Service when you “like” or “share” content over social media through our Services or login to our Services through a Third Party Service. Remember that third parties may use Tracking Technologies to independently collect information about you and may solicit personal information from you. If you use a Third Party Feature, both we and the applicable third party may have access to and use information associated with your use of the Third Party Feature. Also, if you make information public through our Services or a Third Party Service that references our Services, such as by tweeting or updating your status along with a hashtag associated with VALOFE, that information may be used on or in connection with our Services.
 
Our Services also contain Tracking Technologies operated by third parties. For example, analytics services, such as Google Analytics, may use Tracking Technologies on our Services to help us analyze your use of the Services, compile statistic reports on the Services’ activity, and provide other services relating to Services activity and Internet usage. Similarly, ad serving services, advertisers, and other third parties may use Tracking Technologies on our Services and Third Party Services to track your activities across time and services, and tailor ads to you based on your activities, which may include sending you an ad on a Third Party Service or third party device after you have left the Services (“Interest-based Advertising”).
 
The information collected and stored by third parties, whether through our Services, a Third Party Service, or a third party device, remains subject to their own policies and practices, including what information they share with us, your choices on their services and devices, and whether they store information in the U.S., South Korea, or elsewhere. We are not responsible for and make no representations regarding third party policies and practices, and encourage you to familiarize yourself with and consult their privacy policies and terms of use.
 
 
7. Security
We and our employees understand the need for user privacy, and we maintain reasonable and appropriate security procedures to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, taking into due account the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the Personal Data.
 
 
8. Children's Privacy
 
VALOFE is not structured to attract children. Our Terms of Agreements specify that accounts are available only to individuals who are 13 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 13, you may not create an account on the Sites, you may not sign up for any subscription service or buy anything through the online Store, and you are not eligible to enter any of our sweepstakes or promotions.
 
Except as may be required by law, VALOFE will not knowingly collect, maintain, or disclose any personal information from children under the age of 13. We take the privacy of children very seriously, and encourage parents to play an active role in their children's online experience at all times. For residents of the EEA, where processing of personal information is based on consent, VALOFE will not knowingly engage in that processing for users under the age of consent established by applicable data protection law. If we learn that we are engaged in that processing with such users, we will halt such processing and will take reasonable measures to promptly remove applicable information from our records.
 
Parents and guardians should regularly oversee their children's use of email and other online communications and transactional features. Control tools are available from online services and software manufacturers that can help provide a safe online environment for kids. 9. Use and Share of Personal Information
 
We will use your Personal Data for our legitimate interests according to Article 6 of the GDPR to notify you and provide you with information about features on our Sites, new product releases and service developments and to advertise our products and services in accordance with this Policy. Namely, once you have created an Account we may use your email address, nickname, IP address, mobile phone number, in order to send you emails, messages and targeted in-game and web offers about Games. Also, if you opt-in, we will send you emails, messages and targeted in-game and web offers about VALOFE offline events, co-projects of VALOFE and its partners, as well as about VALOFE games, not using VALOFE ID. You can opt-in while creating your Account or later through our account management, while you are also free to opt-out from various subscriptions through this tool. Please note that even if you unsubscribe from all our emails, messages, in-game and web-offers, we may still send you some notifications (we often refer to them as “transactional”), e.g. to confirm purchases or changes in your Account, give warranty or security information, information about changes to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We will be able to stop all communications only after your Account is deleted.
 
We use your Personal Information to provide you with contents and services that are tailored specifically to the profile you provide. In connection with the delivery of our services, we may share the personal information with third-party partners or vendors who help deliver or administer the services, but they are only permitted to use the information in connection with the delivery or administration of our services. We use your information on an aggregated basis (not personally identifiable) to do such things as operate our site, enhance our site and sell and deliver messages. We may disclose aggregated information about our users but that information contains no Personal Information.

Your consent that is given pursuant to this Privacy Policy is additional to and does not supersede any other consents that you had provided to us with regard to processing of your personal information.
 
For the avoidance of doubt, in the event that relevant personal information protection laws permit an organization such as us to collect, use or disclose your personal information without your consent, such permission granted by the laws shall continue to apply.
 
 
10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply between VALOFE Corporation (“VALOFE” or “we”, “our” or “us”), and You (as defined below), if you reside outside of the Republic of Korea, regarding your use of VALOFE’s game application (“Game”) and related services, including services provided via the valofe.com website (“Services”); if you reside outside of the Republic of Korea, these Terms will prevail over any other agreements or terms of service you may have entered into or will have entered into with us with respect to your use of the Game; depending on your place of residence, Special Terms of Service regarding to your current residence; which are different by each country shall apply.
 
These Terms consist of the terms and conditions below together with our other policies or rules of conduct and our Privacy Policy (as may be amended from time to time)(together, “VALOFE Policies”) which is incorporated herein by reference. VALOFE will post any changes and modifications to these Terms and Privacy Policy on its website. 1. LIMITED LICENSE
1.1 License Grant – Subject to your acceptance and compliance with the conditions herein and all other policies or rules of conduct, VALOFE hereby grants You a revocable, non-exclusive, license for personal and non-commercial use of the Game and Services that is non-transferable. Any Services or software (“Software”) supplied by VALOFE in relation to the Game is licensed, not sold, by VALOFE. All title and rights not expressly granted in these Terms of Service, including but not limited to any Intellectual Property (“IP”) right and the display thereof, are retained by VALOFE and/or third-parties under agreement with VALOFE. IP rights includes any or all of the trademarks, trade names, patent, copyright, registered designs, trade secrets or other industrial or intellectual property right subsisting in any territory.
 
1.2 License Pre-Conditions – You acknowledge that any VALOFE license to use the Services, the content and the Game (and/or the creation of any Character) is pre-conditioned upon Your agreement to comply with all provisions of these Terms. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY SUCH LICENSE TERMINATES IMMEDIATELY ON NOTICE TO YOU IF YOU BREACH, OR OTHERWISE FAIL TO COMPLY WITH ANY PROVISION OF THESE TERMS, OR IF YOU ARE FOUND TO HAVE PREVIOUSLY BREACHED OR FAILED TO COMPLY WITH VALOFE’S TERMS OF SERVICE OR ITS POLICIES.
 
1.3 Minors - You shall restrict use by minors. You accept full responsibility for any use or action in respect of the Services by minors and You hereby consent to these Terms on behalf of such minors.
 
1.4 License Restrictions – You agree that You will not, directly or indirectly, (except as expressly permitted under applicable law):
 
(i) reverse engineer, translate, adapt, disassemble, decompile, or reduce to any human-perceivable form, any Software or parts thereof, or other intellectual property used to provide the Services or the Game;
 
(ii) copy, distribute or reproduce any Services, any content therein, Software, or parts thereof;
 
(iii) modify, or create a derivative work of, any Services, any content therein, Software, or parts thereof; and/or
 
(iv) sell, sub-license, rent, lease, grant a security interest in, borrow, lend, loan, network or engage in any activity that could in any way transfer or provide others access to any Services, any content therein, Software, or parts thereof, including but not limited to any serial code number, access key or the like.
 
 
2. ACCOUNT(S), SERVICES AND PAYMENTS
 
2.1 Account(s) – The Game may require you to create an VALOFE account (“Account”). It is Your responsibility to establish any Account needed or recommended for the Game and to comply with any VALOFE Policies for establishing and maintaining such Account(s). You are responsible for any use and related liabilities with respect to any Account for which You click “I ACCEPT,” whether or not such use and related liabilities were in any way authorized by You. It is Your responsibility to keep your Account information up to date, and safeguard any access control mechanisms You may have related to an Account such as a password or PIN.
 
FOR MOBILE APPLICATIONS, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE CUSTOMER SUPPORTS OR MAY NOT USE VIRTUAL ITEMS FOR WHICH YOU HAVE PAID IF YOU CHANGE YOUR DEVICE OR DELETE THE GAME FROM YOUR DEVICE WITHOUT CREATING AN ACCOUNT.
 
2.2 Payments Related to Services and Content –You may be required to pay fees in relation to any Services or any content therein. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT (a) UNLESS REQUIRED BY RELEVANT LAWS, VALOFE HAS NO OBLIGATION TO REFUND ANY PAYMENTS IN WHOLE OR IN PART, AND (b) THAT VALOFE MAY TERMINATE ANY ACCOUNT RELATED TO ANY ATTEMPT TO OBTAIN A REFUND OF ANY PAYMENTS.
 
2.3 No Cash Value of Virtual Items – Within the Services, You may be allowed to obtain “virtual currency” or “in-game items” from VALOFE (or a third party authorized by VALOFE) for use in connection with the Game (together, “Virtual Items”) or other offerings by VALOFE. You acknowledge that a Virtual Item is digital material with no cash value, that no interest is paid or earned with respect to any Virtual Item, that Virtual Item is not personal property, that the quantity of Virtual Item in Your Account may be increased, decreased, modified or removed by VALOFE in its sole and absolute discretion for any reason or no reason whatsoever, that You have no right to a refund related to a Virtual Item, that there is no right to transfer or exchange any Virtual Item. VALOFE may limit Your license to use any Virtual Item or Services, content or activity, as well as any time period related thereto. In addition, You also acknowledge and further agree that You have no right to obtain any recompense (or compensation) for the foregoing.
 
 
3. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND CONDUCT
 
You agree that You may not and will not,
 
(a) engage in any activity, including without limitation, with respect to any Account or Character, such as: (i) providing VALOFE any inaccurate information regarding an Account; (ii) selecting an Account or Character ID that would require any license from any third party; (iii) implying any affiliation with VALOFE or impersonating any other person;
 
(b) access or use the Account or personal information of another person without authorization;
 
(c) select an Account, Character ID or provide any communication or information within the Services that VALOFE, in its sole and absolute discretion, deems to be vulgar, threatening, defamatory, libelous, obscene, racist, sexist, promoting sexual violence, advocating homosexuality or lesbianism, promoting incest, paedophilia, bestiality and necrophilia, glorifying or inciting ethnic, racial or religious hatred, or otherwise offensive.
 
(d) misappropriate, violate or infringe VALOFE or any third-party IP right;
 
(e) be a party to any commercial activity related to the Game, including but not limited to: (i) providing or obtaining any digital material or content, including but not limited to any Virtual Item, any Account, or Character.
 
(f) use, or provide others with, any “hack,” “cheat,” “exploit” or “mod” or any other unauthorized software including any automation software (a.k.a. “bot”) or software designed to change or modify operation of the Game; or provide any service that interacts with the Software.
 
(g) knowingly affect the Services, the Game, any content or Software via any bloatware, malware, computer virus, worm, Trojan horse, spyware, adware, crimeware, scareware, rootkit or any other program installed in a way that executable code of any program is scheduled to utilize or utilizes processor cycles during periods of time when such program is not directly or indirectly being used;
 
(h) use any VALOFE IP right except as permitted under these Terms or otherwise permitted in writing by VALOFE;
 
(i) engage in any activity prohibited under Section 1.4 above;
 
(j) violate or infringe copyright laws, or in any way circumvent (or attempt to circumvent) any VALOFE technological measure intended to effectively control access to the Services, the Game, its content, Software, or any other VALOFE IP right, circumvent any protection afforded by an VALOFE technological measure to any VALOFE IP right, or engage in any trafficking related to the foregoing;
 
(k) post or send any information (including software programs and files) prohibited by VALOFE;
 
(l) modify or change any part of the Services or any information (including software programs and files) posted by VALOFE;
 
(m) violate any law or governmental regulation related to the Game;
 
(n) gain unfair profit by deceit or fraud with respect to other users; and
 
(o) solicit, advertise or assist others in any of the foregoing activities.
 
 
4. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT AND SERVICE
 
4.1 Account Suspension and/or Termination for Cause – VALOFE may limit, suspend, modify, prohibit access to, and/or delete for cause (e.g., You breach, violate, or otherwise fail to comply with any of these Terms or VALOFE Policies, or if such noncompliance, or illegal or improper activity is suspected) Your Account, all related content and/or characteristics related to a Character, with or without any notice. Any suspension and/or termination hereunder, as well as the timing thereof, shall be conclusively determined in the sole and absolute discretion of VALOFE. YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE HAD TO NOTICE OF TERMINATION FROM VALOFE. YOU CAN LOSE YOUR ACCOUNT AND CHARACTER AS A RESULT OF ACCOUNT TERMINATION OR LIMITATION, AS WELL AS ANY BENEFITS, PRIVILEGES, VIRTUAL ITEMS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. VALOFE IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO COMPENSATE YOU FOR ANY SUCH LOSSES OR RESULTS.
 
4.2 Effect – Suspension and/or termination of an Account under this Section also suspends and/or terminates (as applicable) any license granted by VALOFE under these Terms. Termination of any license granted by VALOFE is without prejudice to VALOFE’s other rights or remedies under these Terms, and is without prejudice to the coming into force or the continuance in force of any provision hereof which is expressly or by implication intended to come into or continue in force on or after such termination.
 
4.3 VALOFE reserves the right to stop offering and/or supporting the Game, Services or part of the Services at any time by announcement on our website, at which point your license to use the Services or a part thereof will be automatically terminated. In such event, unless required by relevant laws, VALOFE shall not be required to provide refunds, benefits or other compensation to users in connection with such discontinued Services or Game.
 
 
5. USER CONTENT
 
5.1 Your Representations and Warranties – By transmitting, submitting, or posting any communications, images, sounds, and all the material, data, and information that you or other users upload, submit, or transmit through the Services (“User Content”) while using the Services, you affirm, represent and warrant that such transmission or submission is (a) accurate and not confidential; (b) not in violation of any applicable laws, contractual restrictions or other third party rights, and that you have permission from any third party whose personal information or intellectual property is comprised in the User Content; and (c) free of viruses, adware, spyware, worms or other malicious code. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all User Content you post or otherwise transmit via the Services.
 
5.2 User Conduct – VALOFE has no obligation under any circumstances to monitor user conduct or other activities related to the Game, nor, to review any information, feedback or communication related to the Game or user interactions, and assumes no responsibility for the failure to monitor any user conduct, including User Contents. VALOFE may, in its sole and absolute discretion, choose to monitor user conduct or other activities related to the Game, or review any information, feedback or communication related to the Game. You consent to such monitoring, including but not limited to monitoring in-Game communications, Service or Software provided by VALOFE, at any time and in any manner, including but not limited to monitoring communications interfaces, storage devices, random access memory or CPU processes related to hardware you use with the Game.
 
You acknowledge that VALOFE may take any action, or no action whatsoever, based on such monitoring, information, feedback or communication, including but not limited to: (i) changing any portion of the Services, the content or Software; or (ii) terminating your Account. VALOFE assumes no responsibility for, and You agree not to seek to hold VALOFE liable for, the conduct of or the contents submitted by any third parties, including other users.
 
You acknowledge that You have no obligation to provide VALOFE any information, feedback or communications related to the Game. You further agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless VALOFE with respect to any claim, cost, demand, expense or liability related to any information, feedback or communications You provide.
 
6. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS, SMS NOTIFICATIONS
 
VALOFE may send local or push notifications to your device to make you aware of game updates, promotional events, new game information and other relevant messages regarding the Services. You can manage push notifications from the “options” or “settings” page within the Game or Services. You may also be able to manage them from your device’s settings page. VALOFE will obtain consents required in compliance with any applicable laws or regulations, if necessary, before sending any SMS or push notification to your device.
 
 
7. THIRD PARTY ADVERTISING
 
The Game or Service may feature advertisements from third parties or provide links on the Services to third party websites or vendors who may invite you to participate in a promotional offer in return for receiving an optional component of the VALOFE Service and/or benefits (such as Virtual Items). Any charges, payments or “donations” or obligations you incur in your dealings with these third parties are your sole responsibility, and you acknowledge that VALOFE has no responsibility with respect to the foregoing. VALOFE makes no representation or warranty regarding any content, goods and/or services provided by any third party, and will not be liable for any claim, cost, demand, expense or liability relating to any third party content, goods and/or services, business practices or privacy policies, or for the collection, use or disclosure of any information those sites may collect. The linked sites are not under the control of VALOFE and may collect data or solicit personal information from you.
 
 
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
 
8.1 You acknowledge and agree that You have no IP right related to the Game or any Services, the content therein, Software, or any combination of the foregoing or parts thereof except the limited license provided herein.
 
8.2 You acknowledge, and further agree, that You have no ownership or IP right related to any Account, any communication or information provided by You or anyone else, any information, feedback or communication related to the Game, any Character or characteristics related to a Character, any combination of the foregoing or parts thereof, or any combination of the foregoing with any Services, content, Software, or parts thereof. All rights in and to an Account are and shall be owned by and inure to the benefit of VALOFE.
 
8.3 To the extent You may claim any such IP right(s), including but not limited with respect to User Content that you upload, submit or transmit through the Service, You hereby grant VALOFE a worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, sub-licensable, perpetual and irrevocable license and full authorization to exercise all rights of any kind or nature associated with such IP right(s), and all ancillary and subsidiary rights thereto, in any languages and media now known or not currently known. Your license to VALOFE includes, but is not limited to, all necessary trademark licenses, all copyright licenses needed to reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute and prepare derivative works of any such IP right, and all patent licenses needed to make, have made or otherwise transfer, use, offer to sell, sell, export and import related to such IP right(s). To the extent permitted by applicable laws, you hereby waive any moral rights you may have in any User Content. In addition to the provisions of Section 11 below, You further agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless VALOFE with respect to any claim, cost, demand, expense and/or liability by or involving third parties that any such license to any such IP right(s) misappropriates, violates or infringes any third party IP right or other proprietary rights.
 
 
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
 
EACH GAME AND THE SERVICES IS/ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OPERABILITY, QUALITY OF SERVICE, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT THEY ARE FREE FROM DEFECTS OR VIRUSES OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE DISCLAIM ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE AVAILABILITY, OPERABILITY, TIMELINESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY OF THE GAME AND SERVICE, ANY RELATED SOFTWARE OR APPLICATION, OR OTHER PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE GAME. WE HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR: THE LOSS OR DELETION OF, OR THE FAILURE TO STORE OR TO TRANSMIT, ANY CONTENT AND OTHER INFORMATION MAINTAINED OR TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE SERVICES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE SERVICES.
 
 
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
 
IN NO EVENT SHALL VALOFE, ANY THIRD PARTIES UNDER AGREEMENT WITH VALOFE, ANY SUBSIDIARY OR AFFILIATE OF VALOFE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, LIQUIDATED, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, REVENUE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED OR BASED ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR USE OF THE GAME, EVEN IF ANY REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE AND EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
 
BY ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT TO USE VALOFE SERVICES, CONTENT OR SOFTWARE YOU ACCEPT THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY / ALLOCATION OF RISK AND AGREE TO RELEASE VALOFE, ANY THIRD PARTIES UNDER AGREEMENT WITH VALOFE, ANY SUBSIDIARY OR AFFILIATE OF VALOFE FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES, OBLIGATIONS, CLAIMS, OR DEMANDS THAT MAY ARISE UNDER, FROM OR IN ANY WAY RELATE TO THESE TERMS, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, IN EXCESS OF AN ENTIRE AND AGGREGATE MAXIMUM AMOUNT WHOSE TOTAL SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN CONNECTION WITH ONE ACCOUNT IN THE PRECEDING SIX (6) MONTHS. THE FOREGOING SHALL APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THE FOREGOING ARE ESSENTIAL TERMS AND, IF ANY OF THESE TERMS ARE CONSTRUED AS UNENFORCEABLE, FAIL IN ESSENTIAL PURPOSE, OR BECOME VOID OR DETRIMENTAL TO VALOFE, ANY THIRD PARTIES UNDER AGREEMENT WITH VALOFE, ANY PARENT, SUBSIDIARY OR AFFILIATE OF VALOFE, THEN ANY LICENSE YOU MAY HAVE UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY. MOREOVER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THE FOREGOING SHALL SURVIVE ANY EXPIRATION OR TERMINATION OF ANY LICENSE, AGREEMENT OR USE RELATED TO THE GAME.
 
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
 
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS SHALL LIMIT VALOFE’S LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY RESULTING FROM ITS NEGLIGENCE OR FOR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION OR FOR ANY LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW.
 
 
11. INDEMNIFICATION
 
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VALOFE, any third parties under agreement with VALOFE, any subsidiary or affiliate of VALOFE, from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of (a) Your use or misuse of the Services, (b) any violation by You of VALOFE Policies, or (c) any breach of the representations, warranties, and covenants made by You herein, or (d) Your actions to knowingly affect the Services, the Game, content therein or Software via any bloatware, malware, computer virus, worm, Trojan horse, spyware, adware, crimeware, scareware, rootkit or any other program installed in a way that executable code of any program is scheduled to utilize or utilizes processor cycles during periods of time when such program is not directly or indirectly being used.
 
 
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW
 
(a) Informal Negotiations. To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy or claim related to this Agreement ("Dispute"), you and VALOFE agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute (except those Disputes expressly provided below) informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating any arbitration or court proceeding. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one person to the other. VALOFE will send its notice to your billing address and email you a copy to the email address you have provided to us. You will send your notice to support@valofe.com
 
(c) Restrictions. You and VALOFE agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between VALOFE and you individually. To the full extent permitted by law, (1) no arbitration shall be joined with any other; (2) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (3) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.
 
(d) Exceptions to Informal Negotiations and Arbitration. You and VALOFE agree that the following Disputes are not subject to the above provisions concerning informal negotiations and binding arbitration: (1) any Disputes seeking to enforce or protect, or concerning the validity of, any of your or VALOFE ' intellectual property rights; (2) any Dispute related to, or arising from, allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy or unauthorized use; and (3) any claim for injunctive relief.
 
(e) Location. Any arbitration shall be initiated in the County of Los Angeles, State of California, United States of America. Any Dispute not subject to arbitration (other than claims proceeding in any small claims court), or where no election to arbitrate has been made, shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction within the 522B Innocentre, 72 Tat Chee Avenue, Kowloon Tong, HongKong SAR of China, and you and VALOFE agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of that court.
 
(f) Governing Law. Except as expressly provided otherwise, this Agreement shall be governed by, and will be construed under laws of the Republic of Korea and international law without regard to choice of law principles.
(g) Severability. You and VALOFE agree that if any portion Section 23 is found illegal or unenforceable (except any portion of 23(d)), that portion shall be severed and the remainder of the Section shall be given full force and effect. If Section 23(d) is found to be illegal or unenforceable then neither you nor VALOFE will elect to arbitrate any Dispute falling within that portion of Section 23(d) found to be illegal or unenforceable and such Dispute shall be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction within the Republic of Korea and international law, and you and VALOFE agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of that court.
 
 
13. MODIFICATIONS
 
It is Your responsibility to read, understand and accept these Terms and the VALOFE Policies in effect, every time You use the Services.
 
WE MAY MODIFY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AT ANY TIME BY POSTING THE SAME OR BY ANNOUNCEMENT ON OUR WEBSITE VALOFE.COM. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE GAME AND SERVICES FOLLOWING ANY MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS WILL BE DEEMED ACCEPTANCE OF ANY SUCH MODIFICATIONS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE GAME OR SERVICES, OR DOWNLOAD OR USE ANY RELATED SOFTWARE.
 
14. GENERAL PROVISIONS
 
The failure of VALOFE or the Service Provider Customer to exercise its rights or insist upon the performance of the user's obligation hereunder shall not constitute a waiver or relinquishment of those or any other rights under these Terms of Agreement.
 
If any provision of the Terms of Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties intentions as reflected in the provision and the other provisions of the Terms of Agreement shall continue to be binding on and remain in full force and effect.
 
The Terms of Agreement, together with any separate written or online agreement between you, VALOFE and/or the Service Provider Customer (including but not limited to the Mature Content Agreement if applicable to you) constitute the entire and only agreement, and supersedes any prior agreements between you, VALOFE and/or the Service Provider Customer, (including, but not limited to all prior versions of the User Agreement, General Terms of Use, and Terms of Agreement, where applicable).
 
The Terms of Agreement and the relationship between you, VALOFE and/or the Service Provider Customer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea and such parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
 
You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any action, suit or proceeding arising out of or related to the use of the Service or to the Terms of Agreement must be commenced within 1 year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
 
Section titles in the Terms of Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect or significance.
 
It is the express wish of the parties that the Terms of Agreement and all related documents have been drawn up in English.

2) "公司"爲有效營運服務,可追加修改,刪除"營運政策"的內容. 如果"營運政策"的內容被追加,變更,刪除,以"公司"適用日期爲準,並於7日前透過服務頁面的"公告事項"進行公告,或在電子郵件,簡訊,其他聯繫的通知方法之一選擇進行通知. 但是,對"會員"不利的內容或重要內容,請於30日前透過"公告事項"通知或透過電子郵件等進行通知.
 
3) 該"營運政策"包括"條款"中難以包含的服務營運細部規則,並為條款之一部分. "會員"在不了解此"運營政策"的內容,而發生的損失難以提供協助, 因此, 所有"會員"都必須確認本"營運政策".
 
4) 對本"營運政策"中未明示的事項,依照使用條款,相關法令,以及"會員"與"公司"所共享的一般社會觀念進行處理或根據相應的基準處理.

2. “會員”的義務和權利
 
1) "公司"正在努力爲"會員"提供優質的服務. 但是,為了讓"公司"可提供"會員"優質的服務,希望遵守以下幾點.
 
2) "會員"須根據"會員"本人的信息註冊會員或使用服務. 使用他人信息或虛假信息時, "公司"對此不提供任何幫助, 也不提供"公司"提供的各種優惠.
 
3) "公司"不認可道具及帳號的共享及轉讓,現金交易. 因為此而發生的問題(詐騙,盜用賬號等)很難給予幫助,因此請慎重決定道具及帳號共享,交易,轉讓.
 
4) "會員"使用"公司"服務獲得的信息,未得到"公司"的事前許可,不得複製/拷貝/變更/翻譯/出版/廣播等方法使用或提供給他人.
 
5) "會員"不得做出冒充"公司"職員或冒充營運人員,干預業務,仲裁,妨礙營運人員正常業務的行爲. 妨礙或冒充營運團隊的業務時,可能會受到服務使用限制.
 
6) 會員"發現遊戲的脆弱點(指玩Bug,盜用帳號,非法程序)時,必須通過1:1諮詢或官方論壇等進行申報. 不進行舉報,惡意利用或向他人傳達等行爲時,可能會被判斷爲有意圖的不健康行爲,受到不利待遇. 以下爲未進行事前警告,可能會成爲限制服務使用的措施,敬請注意.
 
① 利用系統問題進行惡意利用的行爲
② 不公開Bug並散佈及惡意利用的行為
③ 使用“公司”不承認的非法程式(不是“公司”正式提供或同意的程式)的行為
④ 擅自變更客戶端的行為
⑤ 使用系統的不安定,防礙其它會員進行遊戲的行為
⑥ 資料操作及提取行為
⑦ 其它在營運團隊判斷上,被判斷為和"營運政策"相違背的行為
 
7) "會員"可通過以下多種諮詢管道,獲得伊卡洛斯M服務和有關的諮詢.
 
3. 帳號管理
 
1) 對於"會員"各位所使用帳號的所有責任,由"會員"各位承擔.
 
2) "會員"各位與他人共享自己的個人資訊或帳戶,或者以非正常方法轉讓/買賣時,"公司"不認可,並因此發生的所有問題(詐欺,盜用帳號損失等)不會得到"公司"的保護.
 
3) "會員"各位在帳號、角色、道具的現金/現物交易時,在無須警告的情況下,使用權限有可能被剝奪,因此所發生的問題很難給予幫助.
 
4) "會員"各位使用的帳號之密碼須定期變更,從盜用帳戶等他人不正當行爲中保護個人資訊.
 
5) 詐騙大部分是因個人過失而發生的,因此對由此造成的損失很難給予幫助. 所以爲了避免發生透過類似角色名冒充熟人,利用親近關係進行欺詐等損失,在交易或轉移物品時請格外注意.
 
4. 名命基準
 
"會員"可自由生成角色名稱,公會名字,暱稱等服務中使用的所有名稱. 但是,像下列各號一樣,被揭發會對他人造成不愉快或引起社會問題的名稱時,營運團隊的職員可將名稱變更爲任意的名稱,或是根據"營運政策"限制遊戲使用.
 
1) 造成他人不愉快的名稱
 
2) 包含有辱罵及貶意、廣告、煽情或是淫亂內容的名稱
 
3) 人種及性別歧視的名稱
 
4) 包含對特定之人或地區、團體、宗教有侮辱內容的名稱
 
5) 判斷有意圖冒充“公司”, 服務, 原作相關之人或是此的意圖
 
6) 讓人意識或是誤認為是‘營運者’, ‘小幫手’, ‘GM’ 等提供營運服務之人員的名稱
 
7) 判定為引誘道具、帳號之現金交易或是創建具有現金交易之意圖的名稱
 
8) 判定為創建具有反社會或是美化反社會人物、團體之意圖的名稱
 
9) 判斷具有侵犯第3者的商標、服務文字、著作權之可能性的名稱
 
10) 判定為有特定商品或是網址廣告 (包含非營利網址) 目的的名稱
 
5. 恢復基準
 
1) 因技術錯誤導致道具或角色,寵物等信息損失或變更時,可在情報確認範圍內進行修復. 但是,對於會員自身的過失,以及"營運政策"中明示的內容,沒有事先確認遊戲內外公告事項而發生的部分,"公司"很難給予幫助.
 
2) "詐騙"多爲因個人過失而發生,因此詐騙所造成的損失,"公司"很難給予幫助. 但是,爲了預防進一步損失,進行調查而確認的帳號,其服務使用會根據"營運政策"予以限制.
 
3) ‘恢復’申請自問題發生之日起7天內,必須透過1:1諮詢向“公司”提出。超過諮詢接受期間後,因Log儲存上的界限,很難給予幫助。
 
4) 諮詢受理應由發生問題的本人直接提出,可他人的代理提出不會被承認.
 
6. 營運團隊的義務與職責
 
1) 營運團隊爲各位會員提供可以享受遊戲服務的最佳環境,起到必要的作用.
 
2) 營運團隊處在中立位置上執行自己的職責,不會介入會員之間的糾紛. 但是,違反"營運政策"的內容或判斷難以正常營運服務時,得從中立立場評估案件採取必要措施.
 
3) 營運團隊遵守使用條款,個人資料處理方針及該"營運政策".

4) 營運團隊不會要求會員的個人資料(身份情報,密碼等),也絕對不會任意修改或泄露會員的個人資料. 但是,如果司法機關提出正式協助要求,則可提供給相應機關.
 
5) 營運團隊對會員的諮詢和要求會盡可能親切迅速地予以應對. 但是,除了被公開的遊戲內的信息之外,對於以後更新的事項,遊戲特性上不能公開的內容,可能會給予限制性答覆或不給予答覆.
 
6) 營運團隊從各位會員那裡接到在遊戲內可能發生的所有形態的Bug檢舉,在確認之後,具有進行修改的義務。
 
7) 營運團隊可對違反使用條款"營運政策"的會員或多名會員採取條款及"營運政策"中規定的各項限制措施.
 
8) 營運團隊在遊戲服務內/外發生非正常現象時,得暫時中斷或限制服務的一部分或全部的使用.
 
7. 無禮行為管理基準
 
1) "公司"禁止會員惡意利用系統等或與其他會員共享相關內容. 因爲使用Bug是妨礙遊戲內容及正常遊戲進行的行爲.
 
2) 惡意利用系統Bug 等是違反與其他會員公平性的行爲,因此,如果惡意利用,分享系統Bug 或問題點,得在不經事前通知的情況下,限制使用遊戲或停止使用會員資格,敬請注意.
 
3) 遊戲內社群及"公司"正式認可的社群上,妨礙公共安寧及善良風俗的行爲可能會對其他會員造成巨大傷害。因此,對以下行爲及內容進行登錄的情形,對發佈內容的發佈者及無禮行為者,得採取服務內容限制措制或是帳號重置、角色重置。
 
① 以盈利爲目的或與廣告或廣告內容類似時
② 現金交易及帳號交易,伺服器間交易有關之試圖或想煽動其他會員時
③ 因對"公司"、其他會員或第三者進行的嚴重侮辱或詆毀,造成損害名譽的內容
④ 發佈或連接違反青少年保護法的訊息,文章,圖形等時
⑤ 非法複製或助長駭客的內容時
⑥ 客觀被認為與犯罪有聯繫的內容時
⑦ 侵犯其他用戶或第3方著作權等其他權利的內容時
⑧ 散佈虛假事實或引起多數會員的誤會時
⑨ 包含刷屏,辱罵,淫亂詞彙及表現內容時
⑩ 冒充營運團隊及"公司"職員時
⑪ 違反條款及其他有關法令的內容時
4) 詐欺(欺騙對方取得遊戲內不正當利益的所有行爲)行爲會給其他會員造成巨大損失,因此根據"營運政策",得採取各種限制和相關法令的懲罰.
 
8. 服務的變更
 
1) "公司"在新遊戲內容,各種Bug Patch 等服務的營運上,技術上需要時,可事前公開全部或部分服務內容後進行修改. 但是,如果存在機幹通信網障礙等無法事先通知的不得已原因,則可能會事後通知.
 
2) "會員"如因服務變更等原因而無法使用收費服務的情形,除由此受到的損失外,無法要求另行損害賠償. 特別是對於服務使用帶來的期待利益,公司不直接提供優惠的喪失所造成的損失,"公司"不承擔責任.
 
9. 遊戲使用限制基準
 
1) 遊戲使用限制基準是為了在妨礙遊戲進行或是妨害善良風俗的行為上保護玩家,讓玩家能使用"伊卡洛斯 M",順利進行遊戲而制定的.
 
2) 各位會員違反"營運政策"中所明確規定的使用限制標準時,無需事先通知即可限制使用.
 
3) 收到使用限制措施時,可根據以下步驟提出異議申請.
 
① 通過FB粉絲團,可提出異議申請.
② 異議申請自使用限制適用日起15日內可受理.
③ 異議申請自受理日起最長可在15天內處理.
 
4) 遊戲使用限制基準如下。
① 在運營團隊的判斷下,使用限制期間和方法可能會改變.
② 事例重複時可能會加重限制使用.
③ 即便不屬於上述類型的行爲,在運營團隊的客觀判斷下也可限制使用.
 
10. 休眠帳號政策
 
1) 公司爲了防止客戶帳號或角色以不當目的被使用,並提供流暢的服務,
在觸發下列條件的情形,可刪除或分離儲存顧客帳號或角色.
 
① 12個月以上沒有上線記錄的用戶帳號或是角色
② 在①項顧客帳戶或角色上,沒有購買的付費商品或尚有使用期間的收費商品的情形
 
2) 分類爲休眠狀態時,在發送通知信件及發佈公告事項後,在經過30天的通知期間,遊戲ID或角色的所有資料可被刪除或分離保存. 於通知期間,顧客可通過連線遊戲等解除休眠狀態.
