People who know how to fix headsets i need help

Ok so my headset a rig 800lx won't turn off even if its in the off position and I open the headphone where everything more important is and I dont know much but I took a little look and and followed wires and know what like 2 things are and I dont understand it and when I mute my mic it should make a noise but it doesn't and I tried googling it and found nothing so I said fuck it and am making this post so if you know how to fix headsets like mine then tell me please
