Give me a mooter, I’ll rate them from 1-10

So this was kind of an idea sparked by Queeny XO... Due to her new series... oh you haven’t seen that yet? Go check out her post “Thoughts on this user” Anyway. What if I also did a series, you guys gave me a mooter and I rate them. (I may make polls for you to vote on the next mooter I rate.) How does it work? Well I rate them based off of my knowledge of them. Things like: -do I know them -do I see their posts (too much/not enough/just enough) -is their content one of MY interests And so on Please keep in mind, I’m not on here too much and I have kept my circle small. So if there are a lot of low rated mooters, remember it’s based on how well I know them and if/when I see their content and everything else, it is NOT based on how much I like or dislike a person. DISCLAIMER: This is just for FUN. I will not rate anyone that I have blocked for the sake of not starting drama. I will not tolerate any backlash from MY opinions of these users. If you start anything in the comments, you will be blocked. If you are a user that is being rated, remember it is just for fun and I will not do it without your permission.
