    Anime Premiere Pro is a software. I heard that it's really great, but it's not 3D.

    Software-wise u could use Steam's SFM application. seems easy to use and learn. but as myself, I'm more of a composer than an Animator

    Dreams is a ps4 game enchine.
    It letā€™s you model your own characters and environments from your controller.

    The whole thing is pretty experience heavy tho and while the entire thing works perfectly fine I feel like using Blender on pc is so much simpler, which gets me to my second suggestion:

    Blender. Accessible from any pc and is used by professional artists in big companies as well as amateurs that just animate for fun.
    Itā€™s the optimal choice and for free on top.

    I mean learning the basics of modelling and getting along with the software and itā€™s options are always a time consuming thing, but blender seems to provide everything you want
