2nd Moot War Announcement

I've already came out and said that my discord and I will be starting a moot war about a variety of things, all the way from moderation changes to app changes. I am mainly making this post to tell you all that we will be starting the moot war on the 19th. The reason for this is because I EXPECT an update before Christmas. Like a week before. If they do release it earlier than the 19th we will figure out a better time and probably have more changes for moot.
